I love the color combination. Looks awesome in my kitchen and dining room. It cleans easy and looks great when wiped up.

We followed the directions and were very careful putting them down. A few months after installing the tiles, the corners and edges peeled up slightly. This makes it a challenge to clean and looks really bad. The finish also wears off quickly, leaving some tiles glossy and others faded. Even if you put additional glue down when installing (which is a must for these low-quality tiles), they'll still wear and look cheap quickly. I regret buying them. Now we have to pull them all up and start over with something else.

I used liquid nails when I put my tiles down. make sure you glue ever corner and spread out the glue under the tile. if you do this it will come out great and stick good. I also had a few black markers around incase I messed up on my corners so I could make the subfloor wood black. you CAN'T see the marker at all

This tile is a bad product. About a month after installing the tiles shifted and moved leaving large gaps. We had it less than 2 years and it was ruined. Cheap product and it shows.

The previous owner had some fabric pattern on the floor as "kitchen tiles". They were disgusting and impractical, so I wanted to quickly redo the floor. Originally, I also ordered a similar version of these tiles but they were ultra thin. I trusted Home Depot and Armstrong with their version but I'm not entirely happy with the purchase, since the tiles are only slightly better than the other tiles yet 3 times pricier. Still, these are the best I have found so far.
On the tiles, there are ridges to simulate a stone-like texture but I absolutely hate them and under light, they look like a crumpled black plastic bag. Don't be fooled by the picture! These tiles are also pretty thin, 1/3 the size of TrafficMaster Ceramica Tiles. On the bright side, they were extremely easy to cut. Although the kitchen ended up looking good in pictures, the quality of the tiles can certainly be felt and some of the corners were actually damaged in the box prior to receipt.
I would calculate a 10% product defectiveness into the quantity you need on top of the general 10% buffer, The patterns were pretty disappointing, with 3-4 rotating fork-like patterns that were tricky to avoid replicating side by side after a while. The tiles, compared to TrafficMaster, were not very sticky and I had to apply epoxy on some corners to get them to stick. The corners crack and shift very easily before the application of grout and if deciding on white or dark grout, go with dark. I spent more time cleaning the white haze off of the tiles than actually tiling the floor.
In the end, I spent $50 on the entire renovation and completed it in under a day while prior, a contractor quoted me $2,500 and 1 week of labor for slightly better tile. I can't complain about the price but the product leaves a bit to be desired.

It was easy to install and looks great on the bathroom floor. The only bad thing is you have to be careful when you are cutting the tile. The back crumbles and the tile part will look like pulled plastic, other than that it looks great.
