Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by try it you might like it As of this date I have not had good weather to try the chains , but they do look as if they will do thejob. February 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Work great Couldn't find the right size tire chains for my Cub Cadet LT1018, so I went with a size bigger. They were fairly easy to put on, although I did struggle a little bit with the final connection. These chains have frequent cross sections and provide ample traction while plowing snow. Although they're a little big, all I had to do was zip tie the extra chain out of the way. January 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lawn tractor tire chains Remember the old days before snow tires and radial tires on cars? It snowed almost 48 inches in 2009-2010 snow season, so wanted to be prepared for 2010-2011 snow season. Also bought and installed a snow blade for my John Deere lawn tractor...has not snowed since...oh well. Impressed with the quality of the product and ease of install, once you figure out the method of install. Required three trys to get both chains on. Make sure you lay each chain on the ground with the clasp on the outside of each tire. Tried to do both tires at same time, but was not successful at laying chains on ground for both tires to roll onto - square & straight. Recommend do each tire separately. February 1, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very satisfactory Chains require a bit of wrestling to get them on. I wonder if some engineering could make this easier. I'm 63 now not sure how many years I can do this. January 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by tire chains Fit great not bad to put on tires, still waiting for snow to plow but looks like they will work great December 31, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked as advertised Installed them on a John Deere D-140 Lawn Tractor. Work great. More traction on a sloping yard. Heed the recommendation in the instructions to cut off extra links after installation. Prone to catch on parts underneath tractor even if tied back. September 25, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by As Expected Definitely not stainless steel but work fine. A lttle extra length so there was no problem fitting around the rear tires of my JD D130. June 24, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste Of Money So Far I purchased these chains for my Craftsman lawn tractor. These were the ones which are supposed to fit my model #. When I tried to attach them the way the instructions indicated, everything was backwards from the the illustrations. And after lining everything up the chains would not fasten tightly as the directions indicated. One side would fasten but the other side would not reach to fasten tightly. After an hour trying to do one tire, I gave up. I'll try again, but I'll try to do it the way that makes sense to me, which the directions don't. So far these chains have been a waste of money. Hopefully it doesn't snow again and I won't need them this year. January 15, 2013
