Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Searl Difficult to assemble
After looking at the reviews, I decided to order this shed. The other reviewers implied that this was basically a piece of cake. That was not the case. The instructions were at times very confusing and towards the end of the project, when assembling the roof, there were actually instructions that were left out. Some of the parts were not labeled so we had to take a guess on what some of them were. We actually had 3-4 people assisting at times and it took us more than 4 full days to assemble. Once it was completed, I do have to say that the size is great. I would recommend it but have someone else do the assembly.

We at Arrow appreciate Chief56's review and the rating. Also happy to see he is a repeat Arrow Shed consumer. Thanks Chief 56.
However, a clarification needs to be made. Arrow is temporarily discontinuing this style of shed (The "GA" Utility Buildings). But Arrow is NOT going out of business as stated in the consumer review posted.
We have been the Low Cost Storage Solution for 50 years and will continue to be that for consumers across the U.S. and in many foreign countries.
Thanks again for the good review, Chief56.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JPost Best size for the money
I bought this to erect on some land I just bought to store my tractor until we build a house and 10x17 was the perfect size. Great price and then when you buy the gift cards at Giant Eagle for fuel perks you end up getting a bunch of free gas which knocks the price down to around $1k. It really wasn't too bad to put together just tedious and time consuming. Most predrilled holes line up. Follow the directions closely so you don't miss little things here and there and end up with some extra pieces in the end :-) I think I had a little over 30 hours in it from start to finish with at least one helper. I put mine on a gravel base so it was difficult to get it perfectly level and the siding was tough to lay straight. Overall probably the best shed this size you can get for the money.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Chief56 Limited Time on Arrow products ?
Well built building, Directions could be confusing at times. I used 2 handymen (the sons ages 18 & 22) and myself as parts collector and supplier. It took 3 full (8hr) days which included the wood foundation laid on sleepers. Ground leveling was done weeks prior to starting project. Day 1 foundation built and all truss sections assemblied and set aside. Day 2 building assemblied with front doors and rear wall, no panels at this time put on nor doors hung at this time. Day 3 roof and wall panels, trim and doors hung. 3rd day should not be windy. * Once panels on the walls and roof are started there is a chance of wind damage if not completed with front doors in place. These 3 days were not consective, due to helpers availability and weather conditions. 1 1/2 wks total.
3 very heavy boxes delivered . 3 to 4 men needed for movement of 2 of them
TOOL TIPS - 2 cordless screw guns with magnet tips, aprons/bibs for screws , 2 good tall 6' at least step ladders, 2 sets of the usual handtools, an awl or fine nail punch to align holes, 1 - 2 tables for small parts , tools, battery chargers, etc..
Leveling foundation is a must and check for square frequently.
All four corners were dented and scratched, new parts deliveried quickly (3/4days) . Operated did state that I was " lucky ", some replacement parts not available due to Arrow going out of business. Had I known this I would of purchased from different manufacture. This is my 3rd Arrow product and have been satisfied with all because of price, sturdiness
