Ok So the drill holes did not line up I was it us all the parts but ended up using tapping screws to secure the panels to remove the bowing. Not a one person job!!! After a couple of weekends got it done. Had a lot of scrapes lost paint so I repainted with Rustoleum High Gloss. Will be painting the top with Roof silicon paint for leaks and rust prevention. We gotten a lot a rain since I started this project.

Delivery required two people to offload. Too bad I showed up for delivery instead of my husband! Got it done and into the garage. Downloaded instructions two days before for review. When the weekend came, we were ready to start. Too bad one bolt was completely missing and the other size only included six when there should have been 40. Unexpected trip to Home Depot that morning for $15 replacement parts. Assembly was difficult for two adults--three is recommended.
NOTE: In the instructions, one critical step is MISSING! You'll see on several reviews (on other sites too) that people are drilling holes. It is very important that when you attach the #9 roof channels (part 9656), the little holes MUST be in the identical location for all four locations. (Ex. little hole on far left corner, then big hole on the right next to it). The top and bottom holes of these pieces are in the same location, but if they are not all in the same direction, you WILL have to drill new holes.
Every assembly step has been a challenge in the 95 degree SC heat. We purchased this to place on our pool side patio, covering part of our spa. We intended to place two ceiling fans under it as well, but the structure clearly is not stable (even anchored to the concrete) to support one ceiling fan.
Perhaps we should have purchased two "disposable" gazebos and zip tied them together to cover the 10x20 span. We can mount fans from them!

I ordered on Wednesday and Friday the freight line called wanting to deliver - super fast. I didn't know what to expect for delivery but they said it would deliver on a 53' trailer with lift gate and the driver would have a pallet jack. It was one pallet with three boxes and the delivery ticket said 440 lbs. After much wrangling to get it off the back of the truck with my help, the driver got the boxes to my driveway. They are heavy but two people can move each box. Packaging was okay but there were a few dented panels that needed to be hammered out. Assembly was easy, nothing difficult or complicated, but did take some time - two people one full day. I also downloaded the instructions ahead of time and poured pads for the posts so they were ready for installation. The only issue we had was the screw holes not lining up on the outer channels and after trying every combination to get it to work we decided to just drill it out. So we lined up the top holes for the rubber inserts and drilled our own pilot holes below. Installing the roof panels is an unusual method but once you get it down it goes really fast. Final product looks really good and feels really sturdy.
