Rated 4 out of 5Â by Shaw Quality building....but be prepared
The building is a good sturdy building that will serve its purpose well. It is worth the money spent.
But you will need to be prepared when the package is delivered and for assembly.
The 300 lb package was delivered with one man and no buggy. Luckily I had planned for my adult son to meet the delivery and he was able (barely) to help the older gentleman unload the package.
It took 4 very experienced men 8 hours to complete the project. A lot of time was invested in making sure the bottom tracks were level and this made the rest go smoothly. The instructions were well written.

Wow, I can stand up in this one! The overall structure is quite a bit stronger than the older Arrow shed that it's replacing, and as always the ease of assembly is not to be beat. The directions have much better illustrations than I remember, so I wasn't scratching my head trying to figure out what angle I was looking at. This one will be around for quite a while.

I understand that items have to be packaged a certain size to ship cheaply, but a quarter of the work invloved in the first half of this building is assembling beams and supports to their full span. I found additional difficulty assembling the roof flashing at the top of the barn since there would need to be a person to attach the nuts to the screws from the inside while pushing down from the top. I would never build one of these buildings again and never recommend to anyone. I can't tell you how many screws that were dropped because of their short size.Until the roof was on, the building had no integrity at all. I worried about winds when I left it for the day. The instructions warn about this, but you will need more time than described if you are building it by yourself as I was. Do yourself a favor and buy the wood sheds. They are much more sturdy.

One of the beams came bent, but with a little banging and urging, we were able to straighten it out. There a BILLION screws, nuts and bolts!!
