First off, we built our own floor, called home depot, they got us exact demensions, as you will see in q/a section, Then, wife and i spent 1 - 8 hr day, and 1 - 4 hr day assembleing everything, was not real tough, tedious is the word, lots of screws, we assembled sub assemblies previous day, only thing we added was a tougher locking hasp and a master lock, real nice finished product -- lots of room, this model you dont bang your head walking in ...happy !

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Evans2008 Complicated Directions
This product was disappointing. The style, shape and size are very nice, but the quality was not worth the price. We don't know if it was packaged poorly or damaged while being shipped, but at least 1/4 of the pieces were dented, scraped or bent. The other thing we didn't like was the pieces are each stamped with a number, most of those numbers being on the outside of the shed and visible, which takes away from the overall look. The directions were confusing and some of the steps could have been avoided. Not a good investment of time or money.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by cnick Decent product. Almost all of the directions were easy to follow and complete. Almost all holes were in the right place. Plenty of hardware included. A bit flimsy so I lined the inside with plywood. Now it's quite sturdy and I won't beat it up from the inside. I recommend anyone using one of these on a daily basis to do the same. About 30 hours labor if you're mechanically inclined.

The garden house was quite the multi-day challenge. I would not recommend this product to anyone that did not consider themselves mechanically inclined or at the least handy with basic tools. Some experience with sheet metal and basic construction techniques is a definite plus. A good drill is mandatory for this project (the instructions consider it optional). The instructions were not clear in many cases and a few times were just wrong. If you have done this type of construction before, you will be able to think your way through the miss-sized (too small for the bolt to fit through) or miss-aligned holes, without significant worry.
Given the complexity of the construction I suppose I should not be overly critical. The Arrow folks gave it a good try on the instructions and they were certainly better than other products I have built from a box. Also they replaced the large gable pieces (damaged during shipment) promptly.

This Shed does take alot of time to get up and together but it was well worth the effort, It is very roomy inside and looks good in the yard. It does take two people to set up and a free weekend. It's not hard just take your time and read the directions.
