Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Constant jamming! Purchased two HT55's to install house wrap. Using genuine Arrow T50, 5/16" staples. We made it 20 feet before both units were completely jammed in the closed position. There is no documentation on how to clear the jam, nor is the youtube video useful. I ended up removing both bolts on the back, and pulling the release pin to let the magazine up enough to pry it back into the open position. I then had to use two electronics screwdrivers to pry the jammed staple out. Every 10-20 feet we either had a jam or the staple pin got pushed back in the full open position, and we'd need a screwdriver to push it back. Terrible design! Waste more time fixing it then actually working. I'm going back to a conventional staple gun. August 31, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Leaves a bit to be disered I bought this to tack-up plastic sheeting on the porch for winter. The design does not allow me to get as close to the roof line as I would like or as close as an electric stapler , making it only slightly better than dragging a cord around. On the plus side, it does allow for better seating of the 1/4 inch staples. September 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by This Hammer Tacker works great.....until it jams! I have used this hammer tacker just for stapling plastic vapor barrier. Today, it jams and I cannot clear the jam, nor can I find any information in the product package, or on this web to clear the jam! I have lost work time trying to figure out how to fix the problem. Why don't you have information readily available! July 16, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jams up constantly , difficult to clear i bought this brand new tack hammer to put tar paper on my garage roof . it was late in the day and rain was coming - got the first strip of tar paper down... within the first 100 staples this piece of junk jammed up . took me several minutes to pry it open and reload - about 50 staples later - it jammed up again was even more difficult to clear - then another 20 staples and it jammed up again - I spent more time trying to fix this awful tool than using it - I got couldn't even finish the second strip - after the third jam - I threw this useless piece of junk off the roof . thanks to ARROW and the poor quality of their product - the tar paper did not get put down and the plywood all got wet. I will NEVER buy another ARROW product EVER. June 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of time and money Stapler jammed, watched at the Arrow video to clear the jam but that didn't help since the stapler jammed in the "up" position making it impossible for the magazine to slide out. After prying it open I was able to clear it, but it kept jamming afterwards. There is something wrong with the rails, the pusher assembly gets stuck on the rails too. If you get this product and it it jams, clear the jam, but then insert the pusher assembly without staples and verify that moves freely along the rails; if it doesn't you will have problems, so do yourself a favor and return it. Wasted too much time unjamming and trying to get this thing to work. I shouldn't have to be the one doing quality control on their product. August 15, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by must not know how to use it the stapler jammed hte first day and I returned it to the store. I received a new one which jammed the second time it took someone at the store over an houir to fix it. when working with it it would occassionally drop a staple along with the one it tacked. just not very good September 8, 2015
