Customer Reviews

Pneumatic Staple Gun is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 584.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke after 1 round of firing. My boyfriend bought this staple gun and it worked amazing for the first round of staples then the spring came off the magazine and it no longer worked. Took it back to lowes to exchange for the same gun because it was doing a great job, and they had no more in stock. Bought a different arrow electric gun and it doesn't fit the space we need to staple. Super bummed this didn't work out, seemed like a great gun and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wife loves it. This Arrow Professional Electric Stapler and Nailer was bought for my wife to use. She's terrified of snakes. And she made a snake fence around your wooden fence. No snakes have made it into your yard yet, here in Arizona. The Arrow Stapler was vary easy and fast for her to use. And she is still thanking me for it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and fun to use. Was a great tool in my DIY project of building a chicken tractor as long as the wood was dry we had no troubles. Wet wood the staples had to be hammered some. But overall, a great tool and easier than others I have tried. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stuck hammer Was initially very impressed with this gun. Lightweight, easy to use, looks and feels sturdy, and at an amazing price. Sounds too good to be true, right? Right. From the start I had issues with it not firing correctly. The trigger is incredibly sensitive and pops off more than one shot in quick succession even when you don't want it to. After about the 3rd time using it to attach upholstery it started misfiring regularly, then jammed so bad that the hammer cut the staple in two, jamming a piece of it into the gun (Arrow brand T50 3/8"). I actually had to breakdown the gun to clear it. Now, the hammer freezes up regularly and oiling the blade doesn't seem to help. I have several pneumatic guns so I know to oil them before each use and have the compressor set accordingly (in this case 80psi). This is not operator error. There is something wrong with the tolerances of this gun which I suppose is to be expected at such a low price. I considered exchanging it or sending it in for warranty repair but a quick search reveals many reviews like this one. Arrow may build a great staple gun, but they don't know what they're doing when it comes to pneumatic drivers. Will be returning for a refund.
