Hello, Linda. No, the T50 shoots staples up to 9/16-inch, but it does not shoot 1-inch staples. If you have any further questions, please contact us at customercare@arrowfastener.com.

Answer:
I tried to staple felt to my poker table and it didn't work out. Staples just couldn't penetrate the wood before bending. In fact, I even had two jams which was really surprising. I am taking it back tomorrow and buying a good pneumatic stapler.

I don't see why not. I've used it on some very hard and old wood. It worked like a champ. So I think a pool table should be fine.

As far as I know it will handle 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch. I do not know if it will handle anything larger than that, but that information may be available on the Arrow website.

Hello, there. The staples need to be loaded with the teeth pointing down. First, pull out the pusher rod. Next, slide the staples in teeth-down. To see a video of how to load the Arrow Heavy Duty Staple Gun (T50), go here: http://bit.ly/1P2Hwtg. If you have any further questions, email customercare@arrowfastener.com or call 800-776-2228. T50 Heavy-Duty Staple Gun is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 1786.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to handle I am a senior with not a lot of strength but try to stay active so it really helps me with all kinds of activities. I will be putting it to a lot of work for Halloween decorations in and outside. I am very happy that I won a great useful prize. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Notice the package was previously opened and resealed with packing tape after I was home. Returned it for the same model assuming someone had broken it and returned it. The new stapler would only shoot 3-6 staples before jamming and they were only 1/4" T50 staples being shot into pine. I had to disassemble the head to clear each jam. This was made even more tedious because the head does not just snap off but you have to unscrew it every time. Home Depot luckily has a great return policy and took it back for a full refund and I was able to find staples to fit my ancient Craftsman staple gun.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Where are the staples? So, the packaging sure makes it seem like it comes with Staples. Genuine T50 staples. Get home. Get ready to use. No staples. Where on the packaging does it say Staples not included? Any stapler I have ever bought includes an initial quantity. It might be a good product, but I have no idea. There are no staples. I guess I have to drive back and buy some. Really awful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just like Dad's I recently purchased a new T-50, to replace the stapler I inherited from my father. I remember the spot over his workbench that was home to his T-50 from the time I was tall enough to reach it, until he sold the farm 30 years later. We used it to put up fence wire, insulation, new fabric for his chair, and I’ve used for the last 10 years to put up Christmas lights and other odd jobs around the house. I fully expect to hand down my new T-50 to my kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from one of my most used tools! i have used arrow staplers for years , unfortunately someone "borrowed" my T150 ---fortunately i won one !! i use this tool for countless things on the farm including hanging hunting signs, putting plastic up around windows, putting up signs for my veggie stand, crafting wiring and so forth. i love the T150. oh yea im a women and this is easy for me to use and hold! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great staple gun This staple gun is the best I've used. I have used it on several projects and it couldn't have worked better. Other staple guns I've used ended up with the staples not going deep enough into the wood. This was able to to sink the staples flush with the wood. No bent staples or staples that hadly went into the wood. I would highly recomend this staple gun. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They just don't last I own four of these staplers from 2months to two years old. They are used in my shooting classes to staple targets to cardboard backer boards. None of them work...even he newest one. Ii have tried repairing them and they will work for 15 or twenty staples then stop again. They just don't last and I will have to replace them. I'll try some different brands.
