I love my gazebo but the canopy cover is terrible, cheaply made, poor construction and design. I have bought 3 of them in only 2 years. This is my last one, I am tired of throwing good money away on a bad, bad, bad product. No more money from me Arrow. Around the border where the velcro straps are is only a very thin layer of material which when the wind blows or rains it will rip the cover all over. If the designers would have only reinforced the border area with an extra 6" wide strip of thicker fabric they could have a very good product. Are you hearing me design team, if not I suggest you too look at the reviews your customers are giving you or they will soon become long lost customers

The grommets should be heavy duty. The canopy tends to fit snugly and the grommets tend to pull. I would also like to see a waterproofing product to spray on the canopy to give a little extra protection. Also, the reason for the replacement was because the original canopy tore during take-down for the winter. A winter cover that would allow you to keep the canopy on the gazebo would be a very nice idea. What would be really great would be to offer a clear plastic kit to convert the gazebo into a winter green house for my micro-farming.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KenK The replacement Arrow Gazebo Canopy Top are a great value.
The replacement Arrow Gazebo Canopy Top has more water drain grommets per panel then the canopy that comes with the complete kit. This greatly increases the life of the canopy by allowing water buildup to drain off rather than sit on the canopy and cause pulling on the corners, and eventually a tear.
The cost of the complete Arrow Gazebo kit is a very good value, and a great value for the cost. I have reviewed and examined many other gazebos, and for the cost and construction, the Arroe Gazebo from Home Depot is well worth it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Alex Better buy another gazebo, diff brand
This is a very low quality product, fabric seems the same or cheaper than the original one. The item did not fit in the gazebo, I had to rotate it several times and had to pull hard on corners to make it fit. Right out of the box I found a couple of rings off the canopy, I had to crimp them back with my pliers... I though of returning it but I had to leave it on for a weekend get-together and never had time to do it later..I don't expect this to last more than 2 summers. I had the same problem with the original canopy that came with the gazebo, I just did not want to trash the entire thing because of the canopy but that's what I will do next time. If you get a chance, better buy another gazebo, different brand, this one is pretty but it is also a piece of junk.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 1stmrsb The fit was perfect.
I really hope that the replacement canopy for our gazebo will last longer than the first one. It seems the hot sun is really hard on the fabric as it shredded in the second year and we had to make many repairs on it after the first year already. Otherwise, we really like the gazebo but perhaps they could find a sturdier fabric for the roof of the gazebo itself. I found it difficult to replace the top until Home Depot made it available on the website. The manufacturer said it was because of the Tsunami in Japan.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Baby This product looks good but the canopy is poorly constructed
I purchased the gazebo April 2012. In July 2012 the canopy cover ripped in 3 places at the velcro fastener straps in high winds. We have tape on it now because we don't know if we should buy the replacement canopy if the material is not thicker, more durable and constructed (sewn differently around the tie downs) properly. Right now, I feel it is a waste of money if the same thing will happen again. I am very disappointed. Is a refund possible or exchange for sturdier canopy?

The canopy is busting at the seams and most of the velcro pieces are not long enough to fit around the bars. As for the top piece of the canopy, we had to cut the bars down to even get it to fit. The majority of the reviews were positive and there are so few choices out there that I went ahead and bought this one. Now I know better. Obviously the only way around this is to buy a whole new gazebo - the stores/manufacturers sure know how to work it :(

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Khaki The product looks great and this is the 2nd replacement I have ordered
We have the original gazebo and curtains I wash every year and they hold up very well. The Gazebo top is awesome. We love having it out on our deck and use the area as an outdoor sitting room. Would love it if the seams could be reinforced for wind as the velcro tabs pull with wind and rip the seams. Also, a Summer of direct sun dry rots the fabric and it can rip easliy. Otherwise, keep in stock please as I will replace as needed!
