Answer:
no, it doesn't come with a floor. they do sell a floor kit for it. I built a wooden floor out of 3/4 inch plywood and treated 2x4's and that worked out real well. Made it easy to screw the base of the building into. the cost of the materials to build that base was around $70 which i think is lower than the floor kit

Answer:
This shed does not come with a floor.
The consumer would have to purchase a floor kit for an Arrow shed or build their own wood platform or pour a concrete slab if they want a floor inside the shed.

Instructions are a bit sketchy in places but makes sense as you progress. Could use a bit more information at the beginning as you lay out the ground pieces. Instructions don't clearly state that the pieces for the floor frame should be screwed together prior to installing the vertical frames.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Arrow 10 x12 review A nice product and the price was right, however, there are a few things one should be aware of. First of all, you should follow the instructions carefully and take your time, it took myself and my wife 3 days to complete the project but then I do not work fast, especially on first time projects. Secondly, there are two critical points in the construction. One, MAKE SURE THE BASE IS SQUARE or you will have trouble screwing on the roof panels and two, be as quick as you can putting up the four corner panels and DO NOT try it with any wind blowing. You also need help for this part of the operation for sure. Now we get to the big problem with this product and that is WET HEAVY SNOW. The structure needs re-enforcing. My experience so far is that at around 4 to 6 inches of wet heavy snow the structure starts to bend and deform. I caught it in time but I do not know how much more load the roof would have taken taken but it wouldn't have been much. I later built a 10 x 14 for my brother inlaw and then his brother inlaw (a carpenter by trade) automatically re-enforced the roof structure. PS. A wrench or socket and small electric drill are very handy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed! I'm sorry that I can't rate this any higher, but I am somewhat disappointed in the building overall. First, the instructions included where very vague. Steps are not in order! You'll find yourself back-tracking a lot. I would recommend reading the manual completely before beginning assembly. It took 3 men 1 1/2 days to assemble the building (myself included). We had built a heavy duty plywood platform prior to delivery of building. The building comes in one box. The metal used is rather light weight, but when completely assembled, the building was fairly sturdy. Care will be needed to avoid accidental denting of siding. Overall the building looks nice, but I am skeptical about the actual durability. I can't see it lasting 15 years as advertised. I would much rather have had a vinyl building and paid more, but I couldn't find one 10 x 8 ft. In my opinion the building is over- priced. There was only one prior review which was totally false and inaccurate. I'm giving your the facts. Poor quality, poor value for the dollar and difficult to assemble even though all of the parts did fit fairly well and no shortage/missing parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great looking building This is a nice kit that makes a great looking shed. the instructions were well laid out. be sure to heed the advice about having the base the building sets on being level. overall the set up wasn't difficult but it will take all day to put this building up and you can't do it alone. you need two people. I'm happy with the quality of the building and have no regrets in with the purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far I would say it was an excelent value. Only installed two days ago. My following opinion is given after only two days of having the storage shell erected. The features of the shed which I like the best was the sliding entry door and the appearance of would grain siding on the outside panels. I also liked the fact that the outside panels looked as if the wood grain boards are running parallel to the ground.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Arrow Milford 10 ft. X 8 ft. Review - Good - Ordered online as back order and was delivered to our house within two weeks. - Built level patio stone pad for shed, a solid level pad is highly recommended, in order to get base level, flat and square in order for holes to line up on the shed during assembly. - Assembly instruction are not the best, need to read them very carefully and full understand them before proceeding with assembly steps, I made two mistakes. Other than poor assembly instruction, assembly was easy, holes lined up and I completed the assembly over 2 days by myself. - Included a bag of extra parts (screws, nut, washers) which I need a few, only complain 4-6 bolts could be a longer. - Shed doesn’t leak; the key is not to over torque the screws with washers - The shed is solid but I build in wood shelves that support the roof due to high snow load in our area and witnessing a neighbour’s other brand of aluminium shed collapse last winter due to snow load. - Shed looks good and is a good match to vinyl sided house - Good bang for the buck for an Aluminium shed, not any better or worst than other brands of Aluminum sheds I’ve seen on the market and I would recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mediocre Shed This product is alright. It's basically a glorified metal shed. It looks nicer but dents just as easy. I'm not so sure the PVC coating is worth the extra couple hundred dollars compared with a regular metal shed. Assembly took pretty much a whole day. The directions were easy enough to follow. You definitely need at least 2 people to assemble. Door panels came dented and a couple of the support bars had the tabs bent in transit. Managed to bend them back, but the dents on the door panels are still noticeable. Overall it's an adequate shed and will get the job done, but like I said I'm not sure the value is there... If I had to do it over again I'd save a couple hundred and just go with a metal one. It's pretty much the same thing.
