Answer:
As long as the slab is level and will fully support the perimeter frame, the concrete slab will be a good floor.

Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Storage Shed The shed took 2 days to assemble and the end product was outstanding. To comply with local codes a wood base was created out of pressure treated wood. With the previous shed, this type of base lasted 22 years as did the shed. May 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worth The Money It took two of us about 10 total hours to put this shed up. Try to have two cordless drills if possible. I really like the roll up door. All of the parts were there. I did have to have them send me replacement roll up door because the door that came with the shipment was damaged. The replacement door was delivered in about 4 days. They never did come and p/u the old door after I called them twice and they told me both times that they would send a truck asap. After two weeks I ended up putting the two sections by the curb for the scrap guy to p/u. Had a little trouble figuring out the framing of the middle rails on the side with sliding door as the instruction are made for all size sheds with this design. Over all a very good shed... Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Whew, got it up This can be done by one young guy in good shape and some mechanical skill. However I would recommend two people. There were some misaligned holes (not bad) and the strength of some things should be increased. Some areas of the instruction booklet should be revised, the 10X12 framework sides are one piece (spent 15 min looking for pieces that were not there). Still it was worth the price and will provide good storage space for many years. I really like the garage door, makes getting stuff in and out easy. August 7, 2010
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very difficult product to assemble This shed was very difficult to put together. It took MANY weekends and 2-3 people at all times. The directions are absolutely horrible!! The product came with damaged parts that had to be re-ordered (only to get more damaged parts). The metal on this shed is very flimsy and the side door is very hard to open and is cheaply done. The roll up door was another whole project in itself and took a lot of adjusting to get it to work. Same yourself time and grief and get a vinly shed!!! September 6, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Difficult to assemble, manual was unclear, missing parts, roof leaked It took my brother-in-law and I four days to assemble this beast. The manual was ambiguous and poorly illustrated. The overhead door manual was actually in French! Not in English. Although there were a few misc. items let over, I ran out of the little bolts, nut and screws at about 75% through the project. Assembly is not for amateurs. 2 adults are needed. The roof required caulking to stop leaks. September 18, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HORRIBLE. parts were damaged (BAD) pieces were missing we kept going straightening out the parts ourself and putting them together just trying to get through it.. we finally just took it apart packed it up and sent it back. Horrible product. I will never buy again from arrow.. April 7, 2009
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by This product is very difficult to put together The material of this shed is very easily dented. The steel is very thin. We received one piece that was not properly drilled. Definately need a hand drill to put pieces together. A wood shed would be easier to put together. It is very large and spacious. May 13, 2011
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by An Average Shed.... Recieved the shed and conducted an inventory of hardware and parts. Although all parts were present, the kit was missing hardware (no packages were open upon receipt) from the factory. Pushed on and put together subassemblies as per manual. At this point, I must state that it helps to read through the instructions a few times prior to putting the shed together. And make sure that you pick a weekend when there are low winds. With that said, the shed's floor area is NOT a true 12'x10'. It is 12'x10' WITH roof overhang. I found this somewhat disconcerting as my concrete pad is a full 12x10 and has threaded rebar around the perimeter. I thought that I could merely drill holes in the floor framing and then attach this to the threaded rebar that are already present, but no luck. It would also help if the installation instructions were tailored specifically to the shed size versus the generic manual that is included. Am I happy with the product? Somewhat, but if I had to do it again, I would opt for a Tuff Shed or other wooden shed offered by Home Depot. May 29, 2010
