I have extra parts #10192 and #10193. What are they for???

Asked by: Anonymous
THE 10192 & 10193 ARE PARTS FOR A FLOOR KIT. THESE PARTS ARE USED IF YOU ARE SETTING THE SHED ON THE GROUND AND WANT SOME TYPE OF FLOOR INSIDE YOUR SHED. YOU WOULD SNAP THESE PARTS INTO THE SIDE FRAME OF THE SHED, THEN PURCHASE PLYWOOD, CUT IT TO A SPECIFIC SIZE AND CARRY THE PLYWOOD THROUGH THE DOORWAY AND LAY IT ON TOP OF THE FLOOR KIT PIECES.

will you install? and for how much?

Arrow sells the sheds as a "Do-It-Yourself" assembly. You would need to check with your local Home Depot store to see if they offer assembly services

Customer Reviews

Newburgh 10 ft. x 8 ft. Metal Storage Building is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SHED If u want to assemble this without damage u will need to minimum of 6 people. all parts are flimsy and weak. halfway through assembly a 5 mph gust of wind buckled the brace and bent many of the panels. could have built one out of lumber in less time for a couple hundred bucks more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price. For the price, this shed makes the grade. I had a concrete pad to bolt it down to already, so the add on works well. I am living proof that this shed can be (although not recommended) assembled by one person. Most of the second person requirements are for tightening nuts and screw on the other side of the wall or roof. A pair of vice-grips fixes this need. Alone or with someone, be prepared for a good 15-20 hours worth of labor. In general, it assembled easily. The only area to really watch for is when assembling the roof. The screw holes are large, as they should be, but they allow the panels to assemble not completely aligned. Make sure the edges of the panels are straight across at the base of the roof, as the edging assembled later will be a nightmare if not. Other than that, once assembled, the structure seems much more stable than you would assume by handling the individual steel panels.
