I just purchased this shed on 7/4/2016. I did a plywood floor just to raise it up off the ground a little bit. In the begining its seeks like an impossible task but once it all comes together it is very sturdy. Dont worry if you drop and loose a screw i filled in every hold and i still had about 15-20 left over. My recommendations: use two- three people, WEAR GLOVES( got some pretty good slices takes out of my fingers) and. The main one is cut the floor a couple inches bogger. We did it to the books specification which dont quote me is 82 1/2" and one 22 1/8" and in doing so we had to really work to geth the shed to line up on the base. But if we had left a couple inches on each side it would have been awesome. Other than the floor all the pieces were there no damage no problems.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lindy LOVE MY NEW SHED
I have needed a shed for awhile now and carefully reviewed the ones available for my needs. I chose this one because of the price and it's appearance. It will hold all I need and fits well into the landscape.
It took 2 men about 5 hours to complete after the foundation was secured; and it was simple and easy. Looks great!

I live in Ocala Florida and I obtained a permit from the city for it. That action allowed the manufacturer to send me the reinforcement kit. This kit took this shed from good to excellent! This thing is SOLID with this kit, I placed it on a concrete slab and anchored it. I am extremely pleased with the purchase. I recommend going to the company's website and downloading the PDF of the assembly instructions prior to purchase. Study them a couple times to determine if you feel comfortable to assemble, if so go for it! There is a lot of assembly and if your not used to putting things together you may be frustrated. The company's help line is great I called them a few times to ask questions and found them to be very knowledgeable, kind, and willing to explain. Lisa H. helped me. I also watched a couple video's on YouTube. With some thought and planning this is a breeze to do. I've read some of the reviews and thought maybe they did not plan the purchase. I also caulked it in some places as another reviewer suggested. You'll see in the pictures I used the supplied reinforcement kit and a lot of the standard stuff as well.

We ordered this shed at the store but on-line. The customer service representatives were great and helped find the best price for this particular product. The shed was easy to build and install. It looks great but is also very sturdy. Living in Arizona we do not have much weather to worry about re: heavy snow, etc., but we do have occasional high winds and heavy rains and this shed completely held up and the contents remained completely dry. We are very happy with the results of our purchase.

Forget those over priced wood sheds or barns. This cheap building is all you need. Consider foundation such that you can move it if you want in the future before you build.

Follow directions explicitly, even when it says the order to tighten screws in and what direction they need to come from. Due to personal limitations, we had to spread the work out over 2 weeks. All totaled, it took 3 of us roughly 8 hours to assemble the shed. While it does come with a flooring kit, I chose to build one my self. I used 8 and ten foot ground treated 2x4's for the base and 3/4 NON treated plywood for the floor. The treated wood will not come into contact so the warranty is still in tact.

Took me 3 days to fully assemble this. The instructions are confusing not as detailed. Marerial real thin.

Day 1: After a long 11 hours to put this thing together, it definitely takes at least 2 people to assemble it, 3 people would be best. Day 2: Will be putting the floor in, hope it doesn't take forever to do that too. The instructions where not very helpful at all, they were vague, and the pictures were even worse. The side and roof panels are very flimsy, 15% of the holes don't match up and the plastic washers ARE THE WORSE THING EVER MADE ON THIS PLANET. I would be surprised if it ends up having a bunch of leaks.
