I have needed a shed for awhile now and carefully reviewed the ones available for my needs. I chose this one because of the price and it's appearance. It will hold all I need and fits well into the landscape.
It took 2 men about 5 hours to complete after the foundation was secured; and it was simple and easy. Looks great!

I live in Ocala Florida and I obtained a permit from the city for it. That action allowed the manufacturer to send me the reinforcement kit. This kit took this shed from good to excellent! This thing is SOLID with this kit, I placed it on a concrete slab and anchored it. I am extremely pleased with the purchase. I recommend going to the company's website and downloading the PDF of the assembly instructions prior to purchase. Study them a couple times to determine if you feel comfortable to assemble, if so go for it! There is a lot of assembly and if your not used to putting things together you may be frustrated. The company's help line is great I called them a few times to ask questions and found them to be very knowledgeable, kind, and willing to explain. Lisa H. helped me. I also watched a couple video's on YouTube. With some thought and planning this is a breeze to do. I've read some of the reviews and thought maybe they did not plan the purchase. I also caulked it in some places as another reviewer suggested. You'll see in the pictures I used the supplied reinforcement kit and a lot of the standard stuff as well.

So this is a good shed, I live in Florida (Tampa area) and have plenty of cover from the wind that storms bring. I do not know that if this was free standing in a windy area it would hold up.
Far as putting it together, the instructions are poor at best. If I had any advise I would say test fit all items before screwing them in. The roof beams look to be made for two different shed sizes so if you don't have screws lining up with the holes then flip it around and they should fit. Make sure the floor is completely square, this will help set the flow of the build all the way through the rest of it. Last watch your fingers, these metal pieces are sharp.

First off it was missing parts. The door track was too long and had to modify it. Had to redrill quite a few of the screw and bolt holes because they didn't line up together. The walls should be a full 6 feet tall as I bang my head nearly every time I go in or out of the shed. I am only 5' 10" tall. I think all the screws should be done away with and only bolts and nuts should be used. The metal is so thin that you end up bending it trying to push a screw in. Frame work is of poor design. It should have corner post in it to better help alignment of the siding.

I see where some have had problems with assembly, and complain about how flimsy it is. I have put 8 of these same sheds together as far back as 1980 when Sears was selling them. They have all stood up to a lot of wind. I always had two of them,
I have moved and I am putting two up again.
When I assemble them, I put a bead of clear RTV along every edge as I am putting it together. It will NEVER come lose or apart even if the screws come out. And it will NEVER leak from the top or sides.
I also have a new shed that is 10x20 I got from a shed place and it was $4,000 assembled in place.

Took 2 days to put this shed together and the following day we had a small wind storm. This shed crumbled like aluminum foil. It can't even be used. Complete waste of $300.

The shed came in one box, weighed about 150 pounds. There are steps where you will need at least 1 additional person. Our home is on the coast, so we get rain, sometimes very heavy. The shed does leak around the bottom rails. Buy lots of caulk.
I pre-built a wood platform to keep the inside off the ground. Did not use the included floor pieces.
Very flimsy to assemble, but sturdy after all pieces are up. Roof simply not align on the last panel. Had to adapt the last panel.
Worst part: the teeninesy screws/bolts. They are very hard to handle. See picture.
