The directions were hard to follow, incorrect and poorly illustrated. There was a part missing; but, it was replaced in a couple of days. We had to redo several steps because of the poor instructions, perhaps a dvd on each step would have been a lot better.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by lT1 Worst metal building ever
Worst metal building ever, poorly designed, useless plans cheapest materiel, screws, nuts and bolts useless. Leaks like crazy, after one month, starts to rust, your company ought to be ashamed of itself.
Don't look for any purchases from me.

Building is shipped in one heavy box, building is then assembled. please note assembler should be cautious because side panels are very easily dented.

It took three days for three men to put up this shed but I must say that it looks great in my yard. My house is red brick on front and white on the rest so it matchs each other..Very pleased!

It took 2 full days with me (semi-knowledgeable & skilled) and a friend (expert) to assemble this shed. Okay, he assembled it, I helped out a little. Anyway - I needed his expertise to be able to set up a level & square foundation, and his tools to make it go faster. Otherwise, the directions were mostly clear, with only a few areas that made us scratch our heads.
Many of the parts did not have part numbers on them & a few of the parts arrived with damage to the exterior coating which was a disappointment.
The biggest challenge was the roof; the center panels of the roof require you to stand very near the top of a 6' ladder and from there be able to reach across the 3' panels, with a power screwdriver in hand, to secure them. It was not easy - especially since I'm only 5'5" & he's not much taller than I am.
My suggested improvements would be: 1. Number ALL the parts &/or number the bags that contain them. 2. Make the roof panels narrower even if that means you have to have one more. 3. Update the description of the item on your website - it describes a totally different item. and finally: 4. Include a little bottle of touch-up paint in both the red & the white so that any minor dings & scratches can be treated immediately, and 5. We would have loved to been able to choose this structure in a different color.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Metal gauge should be heavier. 26 ga would work better.
Building works well but we use our own sealant for joints.
Shipping was fine, but needed to let shipping agent know what equipment to bring for removal of unit from truck.

My wife and I assembled this shed in a couple of weekends. My advice is to ask as many questions as possible before you purchase and build this project. I watched a couple of YouTube videos which were very helpful. I built the platform myself. Square and level DOES MATTER. Just be patient with the instructions and be prepared for hundreds of tiny screws, nuts and washers. Overall a good project I would recommend.
