Answer:
Yes, the door can go on either end. I put two sheds end-to-end, so one has the door on the right, the other on the left.

Answer:
No it does not. You can buy an extra floor kit for around $120. All the floor kit is is 7 aluminum cross beams that you lay plywood on top of. I bought it. Added sturdiness to my situation. Glad I bought it but not a necessity.

This model does not come with a floor.
You can purchase a floor kit seperately as an accessory (plywood not included) or you can build your own wood platform or pour a concrete slab.

Answer:
The wall height is 62.5 inches tall the Interior Peak Height is 81.25 inches tall. If properly installed the shed should not leak. Is it totally water tight? It is a metal structure so if conditions are right it can condensate.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 58 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A pain to put together, but does a nice job of protecting my outdoor tools Once completed, the shed fit nicely where I had envisioned it going, so I am pleased with that. But I originally had planned to build and install the shed myself; instead hiring a handyman to do so, as it was going to take to much time and effort on my part. Fortunately, I knew someone because Arrow does not provide recommendations or names of "contractors" that can do such a job. Believe me it is an all day ordeal. But am happy now that it is completed. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product, but I'm a Mechanical Engineer... Have faith in the instructions- they are actually well-written and thorough. The problem seems to be in learning the nomenclature. Ex: When the instructions state "1st side" or "4th side" you need to know EXACTLY what that is. (It's the row of outside skin, 1st being lowest, 4th being last, that wraps up to become the roof, and these "sides" go all the way around the shed, so the "2nd side" will be at waist high as you walk ALL the way around your shed.) Also READ READ READ the instructions. NOTICE the little drawings of the fasteners, they show EVERY LITTLE DETAIL like washers or no washers, so keep an eye on that. I found a power screwdriver (set on LOW torque) to be invaluable, I also had to hold some tiny bolts in place with my own tape so I could go inside the shed and put a nut on the bolt. Also, mini Vice Grips helped to hold a nut still whilst tightening the bolt outside. (Another person can help, but can also distract you, your call.) Notice on the Instruction Sheet, that there are marked squares with large numbers in weird places on the page, those are your STEPS, follow in the order given. Oh, also, all large pieces have part numbers either printed on or stamped into them, use these numbers to lay out your parts. IF you see a tiny pinhole in the metal, that means a pointed screw will go there, DO NOT EVER drill holes in this assembly, everything will fit. I had entire sections screwed together a little loose so I could shift things around to make holes line up right- BE PATIENT, use COMMON SENSE and you'll make it. Lastly, I found it very helpful to sort out all your fasteners, mine came packed in one bag like mixed nuts. The differences are very slight at first, but after you get it sorted, the actual build will take only 5 or 6 hours. (I built two alone, a 7 footer and a 10 footer.) I also found it is best to be sober and not in a hurry when doing this... ...if you like Erector Sets, this is for you, if you want to put your wheelbarrow in RIGHT NOW, then maybe not... Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Time COnsuming Build If I had it to do over I would buy a Tough Shed. This Arrow Shed is a bit flimsy. I put about 16 hours into building it, and I had a helper less than half that time. This didn't include the pad preparation which took about 8 hrs. There are absolutely times when you really need two people mainly to position and hold the sections while it is being attached with screws. Also there are many instances in which you have to either use a wrench with a clamp or simply have a second person to use a wrench as the bolt is being tightened on the other side of the panel. If you had 12 ft long arms this would not be a problem. I was disappointed at the first rain because rain did get into the shed a bit. That seems to have slowed now, but I am keeping a watchful eye on it. October 6, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by extremely difficult to assemble the shed has a million screws and parts...very difficult to assemble...not worth the money May 8, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good, but could be much better. The shed was pretty much what I expected after reading some of the reviews on this website. Now it is my time to leave one. This is NO EASY shed. It comes with hundreds of screws. I bought two sheds and put them together back-to-back, so now I have one 20 feet shed. I literally hired two professional builders with engineering degrees to complete the job (they were actually my friends though). It took PROFESSIONAL guys about 12 hours to complete two sheds. It might have taken me a week to complete those two sheds. A piece of plywood is the floor. Since its not waterproof and its just put up on a concrete slab, I am not sure what will happen to the floor ones it starts raining. One problem I did not anticipate is that the shed is pretty short. I am a tall guy and the entrance feels like you are entering into some Hobbits' house. You can see on the picture my guys standing next to the roof line, its pretty low. Its hard to stand inside if you are a tall guy. There are lots of little holes, so prepare some silicone to patch them. The shelves they sale for $39 are OK, but since they are attached low (you cant attach shelves higher because the whole shed is not tall), if you have a child it may become pretty dangerous for your kids. The shelve supports are sharp triangles attached to the shed frames. I did not have time to take a picture of a complete version of it... sorry. May 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT!!!! Very large and easy to assemble. It's bigger than it looks in the picture. I highly recommended this product. October 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not too bad I am not much of a handy man. After reading the reviews on this product I sought quotes from handymen for assembly. Quotes were nearly as much as the shed itself. So I decided my wife and I will build it ourselves. First - the area the shed was going covers a drain and when the drain gets plugged - this part of the yard gets flooded. So I decided to make essentially a very large dolly that the shed will be permanently on. This was key. My mistake on the dolly was the wheels - I should have got some that would not leave rust stains on the concrete. Basically I can move the shed around the yard at will and clear the drain when it gets plugged up. Second - It was not as difficult to put together as I had read. Perhaps I had psyched myself up so much after the other reviews - I don't know. But it came together OK. Some of the illustrations in the instruction manual could be much - much better. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Third - My wife did not have to help out too much. She had to hold a few things in place but overall not too much. She participated probably about 2 hours. It took me about 10 hours to finish this - not including the dolly or paint. You do need a wide area of space to build it. Overall I am happy with this purchase. Putting it on the dolly was key for me because I could move it around to open areas while building and put it back into a narrow area. The structure itself is pretty sturdy and leak proof. Keep in mind this is not a vault and can easily be broken into. I wasn't looking for a vault so I am good. Good buy if you need a shed in a narrow space and have patience to build it. November 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice storage building I bought this storage building last week. The Service and delivery time was great! So last Saturday was the day! I was a Little bit concerned because of some reviews here - so I started early in the morning with my pregnant wife. I take some time and sorted all screws and I read the manual two times. I was suprised how easy it was to assemble this unit. But you have to have some construction skills because the manual is not pictured all the way trough. Especially when you start assembling the sealing it is important to put attention to the detail. Otherwise the holes woun't match! Finally I hat everything together within 6 hours without a hurry. But I would recomend a concret pad as a flooring, otherwise it is not stiff enough. The material is really thin - but for the Money it is a really good deal. I'm devinetly happy with it. I was also suprised how many Manuals were included... English, Spanish, German,...! It is devinetly woth the Dollar but don't expect a really heavy duty building... September 28, 2015
