Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did I Get A Display Rug? Did I get a display area rug, or did the factory just send me a dirty rug? When I purchased this rug, it was a "Clearance" item & "No Returns" allowed. That was quite a while ago & due to moving, it got stored. It still had it's heavy plastic shipping cover on, so it didn't get dirty in storage. After laying it down, it was plain to see the edges were soiled & my neighbor commented on how dull the colors looked compared to the website photos. So, I used a rug dr. with hand attachments to clean it. That solved the dirt problem, but the color was still dull looking. I guess the website photos are taken under bright lights or maybe some contrast was added when the photos were prepared for publishing? Who Knows? October 18, 2014
