I have a window above my tub which is of type clear glass. I wanted to install this film but don't know whether it will make the room dark. I would like to have more light in the room but don't want to lose privacy for that. Please can someone help me with the question.

No. It will only diffuse light. There are other Gila window film products specifically for room darkening. Good luck!

Of course it would darken the room somewhat, but the light still shines through it and enhances the colors of the film. It does provide privacy as well.

Our film is translucent, the City Lights pattern will mute the light slightly but still will let a good amount through.

Answer:
Yes, very easily. Just avoid rolling up the material onto itself and reposition using the same methods you employed during the initial placement. I know they have a "special" spray-on solution they market for installation but mild soapy water and a stiff squeegee will do the trick. Good luck!

It sure can. The quality of the plastic is really nice and much better than the clearer types I've used. It stays in place and is easily moveable. Once the bubbles are removed, they don't reappear or show as dry spots. You'll be happy with it, it gives a very pretty effect.

Answer:
Yes, you have two weeks from the initial application to remove and reapply the film, the film uses no adhesive and can peel right off. Artscape recommends that the film not be removed if the film has been up for more then two weeks.

It's a cling, there is no glue. It adheres to the windows with a bit of soapy water that you spray on and then you remove the excess liquid with a squeegee. Very simple and pretty effect.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Choice! We bought this for our front windows that are at ceiling level to help keep the late day sun out . It works and it is beautiful at the same time!! Not to mention at night the windows are very pretty from the outside of the house ! Would recommend these to anyone! July 12, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Results Went in well, trimmed easily, and with light shining through, you would think it is real stained glass, fooled several of my friends already and really made bathroom POP. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Window film Easy install after reading instructions and online research (YouTube). Artscape has a channel. I would also recommend automotive window tint instructions. Very similar. May 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Alternative to Closed Blinds My son lives in a a 4-plex apartment where all 4 apartments have their entry door and large 46" x 82" picture windows in a u shape on 3 sides around a 20' garden space. This tight arrangement allows for NO privacy. After living with the blinds closed in a dark space for over a year, the blinds are now open and the window is covered with the beautiful colors of the window film, a nice gender neutral pattern is so cool! It's like a big framed abstract colorful art print with light, and color to enhance his living room space. Easy install, and ready to remove and take with him when he moves on someday. March 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Made my entry look like a new space! Used these to provide privacy on side windows for my main foyer. Looks like real stained glass. Good price. May 24, 2016
