This product is very easy to use. I was nervous because I was afraid of messing it up! The basic 'Do It Yourselfer" can swing this even if you have low confidence. Just make sure to measure everything and off you go! I found that it was handy to have a bit of help at the end in wetting down the film. You can do this yourself if you have the space to place film down and wet down yourself and then apply. It really looks great once applied and people think it's really a frosted window pane! The box doesn't tell you that the squeegy comes inside, it's very compact and does an excellent job! Truly, if I can do this ... you can! lol

I recently purchased this window film to put on my sliding glass doors. It turned out beautiful! It was very easy to apply, even alone, and was easy to match up. The only gripe I have is it was a little small for my doors so I had to buy multiple films to complete the doors. They were only 2 1/2 inches short on the sides and bottom, but I had to buy three new rolls in order to finish and have it match up correctly. Other than the extra expense that caused, it turned out exactly how I wanted it and really turned old out-of-date doors into something beautiful in my bedroom!

I had this product on the counter top for months, originally to "flatten" it out, then it stayed there as I was hesitant to install. All other Window coverings I've installed in the past were pre-pasted and this used a water application. I wish I had installed months ago. Easy and simple and best of all NO Bubbles!

When I first saw this product, I thought it would be great to add some privacy to my bathroom window.
I was able to do my window in very little time, without any help, and everything you need is included (except knife for trimming).
Now I have a very pretty, private window.

Nice looking but would be better if it came in more than one width as it is difficult to match the pattern when piecing together nfor wider windows especially since my window was a big hexagon shape

I love this product! Privacy with elegance. Let it lay flat for a couple of days before cutting. I used a straight edge and triangle to cut for a perfect fit. Matching the pattern for the additional window was easy. All of the packages do not contain a squeegee, but this one did which was helpful since I didn't have to hunt around the house for one. Follow the instructions and squirt lots of soapy water on the window before hand as well as once you put the film up. Positioning the incredibly easy. I haven't had to wash the window yet, but they say it should be no issue. Did I mention I love this stuff! :)

I decided to use the decorative window film to replace window blinds at my back door that my dog tore up. It was a perfect solution! The window film was extremely easy to install and the design is beautiful. I still get plenty of light through the windows, yet I still have privacy since the film is translucent (frosted). My dog can't damage it and my 3 year old granddaughter is fascinated with it every time she visits. It is a stunning addition to the room.

The Artscape window film is beautiful, easy to install and reasonably priced compared to the options. We did have a problem with the initial install. Don't know if this is covered in a "tips" section of the instructions but worth a mention. After installing the film on our glass cupboard doors it looked great. A few days later it developed bubbles, not just around the edge but throughout. I was SO disappointed. Asked the company representative and was told that this is a very common problem...we didn't use enough water. Also, i think we tried too hard to get it perfect and ended up overworking the product....squeezing out every last drop.
We removed the film and squirted more water on the glass, reapplied and they were just perfect. An easy fix !
