Texture Twelve falls in our privacy collection, other items to consider would be the Etched Glass, Rice Paper or Blue Chip that may be even more private.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 9 years and still looking great I purchased this product 9 years ago when I didn't know what to do about the seven hard to reach upper windows in my house that gave my nosey neighbors and a pretty busy street a stones throw away full view to whatever was happening upstairs in my house. Who hasn't had to at one time or another streak through their house for a towel or robe? I didn't want to spend too much money on this project because we were talking about relocating. This product took care of my privacy issues, was totally easy to apply. I recommend that you follow instructions exactly like instructions tell you for easy, perfect cuts, and no sweat applying to the glass needing cover. You need to use the tool provided to smooth out any bubbles which is a snap to do with the handy film smoother provided. It's so easy my granddaughter could do a window. Funny thing though we never relocated. I fixed up the house so well with so little money that we began to enjoy our coming home to relax. I found these films also that look like stained glass and did a front porch window and two other windows where I didn't want to use traditional window treatments. Those just turned "9 years up" at my house. My first project on the upper windows hit their 9 yr mark last spring. No fading from the sun. No peeling, NO PROBLEMS! I've had hundreds of people (since 2003) comment on my beautiful windows who were amazed that I used just window film to keep the light coming in and the rest of the world's eyes out for such a reasonable price. This product is really one product that you get more than what you pay for. I didn't expect it to last this long. I know I'll still have this product another 5 years from now if not just needing a change and replacing it sooner. I'll replace with new window film from same company that I know is a done deal. I'll always have this product some where in my house. December 18, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Challenging, but nice outcome. Nice finished product. Followed directions to a "T", still had difficult time smoothing out the bubbles. But if you take your time and have a second set of hands to help, it turns out nice. December 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Solution I used the window film on my glass top coffee and end tables. The tables are in good condition but the glass had scratches from many years use.The directions were easy and the application successful. An added bonus is that smudges could no longer be seen and I am no longer wiping them down continually. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very easy to apply & looks great It was easy to trim, easy to install & it still looks great after 2 weeks. The package includes a squeegee that made installation easy. What I learned from previous reviews is to mix a few drops of dishwashing soap with water, spray liberally & then apply the film. This is exactly what I did & the results on three different windows were consistently excellent with no air bubbles. The film is applied in a second-story bathroom and, from the ground, I can't tell there's anything on the windows except that the windows are opaque. We now have the best of both worlds with plenty of sunlight and privacy. The attached image shows how the film looks on the lower half of the window. February 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice, not to hard to put up The hardest part was cutting the film to the right size. You have to be careful to cut it straight and even. We put it on our patio door which was longer than the film actually was so used what we cut to make up the difference on the bottom. It is not a sticky film - almost like colorform (am I dating myself?) so it is reusable. Comes with a squeegee but we bought a larger, slightly higher quality one that worked a little bit better. Its only been up for about a week but we are really happy with it so far! May 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wow results - really easy to use I had worked with window tint before and it can be tricky and frustrating. This product is a little pricy but works very well; so the value is still high. The secret here is that the film is fairly thick so it is easy to work with. Use lots of water and keep it wet and you will have no problems. I would also check youtube for videos on installing film on flat windows - there are a lot and will give you a an idea of what to expect. The film is slightly textured so you find yourself putting your hand on it to see if it is real. You really cannot tell without a little closer examination. February 10, 2015
