It probably can. For the price, just order it and see. If it doesn't you won't be out much (less than a loaf of high end bread).

Answer:
If you used a tin-like backsplash then just cut it so you have about a 1/4" gap. You can then put the trim between the cabinet and backsplash and the "lip" of the trim will cover the top of backsplash. If you have tile, I would recommend the same kind of trim but it's the inverted curved piece that will stick over the top of your tile backsplash and curves up to your cabinets.

Answer:
Yes. I did the same thing. Mitered mine 90 degrees. Just be careful and use a very fine saw like a hacksaw. Cuts easily but you don't want ragged edges. Buy a couple extras - they're cheap just in case.

Yes. Easy to cut. You'll need a miter - like you'd do with picture frames. Use a very fine toothed saw to insure a smooth flawless edge..

Answer:
The material should allow that since the visible surface is a circle, but the fit itself will rely on the perfection of your cut - perhaps more difficult to do with material this small since your cut is likely to be freehand.

Hello! Thank you for your question! The Aspect trim can be cut to fit any angle. We recommend using a miter saw for angular cuts. All cutting blades must be fine-toothed “metal cutting” type. When cutting is complete, use a fine-grit sandpaper or a small metal file to debur the cut edges. Please feel free to contact customer care for any installation troubleshooting at 800.434.3750.

the answer to the other question seems to indicate that the trim is made of metal. Why would a 1/2" plastic piece of trim need to be cut with a jig saw or miter saw? I think the person answering the question was talking about the tile, and not the trim.

Answer:
Good question - I think just maybe the surface, but guess what.- it looks just like the brushed stainless steel panel that I used it to edge. Underside is plastic - just makes it easier to cut. But cut it carefully so you don't damage the surface at the edge of your cut.

No, it would be very hard to cut with a knife! I used a table saw with a 45 deg miter attachment. A hacksaw will work also.

24 in. Stainless Steel Peel and Stick Decorative Wall Tile Trim is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 40.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product This was the perfect finishing touch to my do it yourself kitchen backsplash!
Date published: 2016-11-22
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not stainless steel color! Definitely not a silver stainless steel color but more of a bronze. I had to return because it did not match my stainless steel appliances and hardware. Unfortunate because the product itself looks really nice but the color just won't work with stainless steel.
Date published: 2016-11-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect trim piece! This trim piece was exactly as advertised! I cut it with a miter saw trim blade and the adhesive was STRONG! It really finishes off the backsplash...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very satisfied Love, love, love it. Good product to use if you are not an experienced tile layer.
Date published: 2016-11-27
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Backsplash trim Great product that should be sold in stores. Was disappointed that I had to order it online and there were no options to get this in store. The product would get 5 stars if it was easier to cut into a 45 degree angle or better yet came pre cut. Had to cut slowly with hand saw as my table saw ripped through it and it splintered off and made a jagged cut.
Date published: 2016-11-01
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the right size! While the appearance of the trim piece was perfect for our project it did not fit our tile. When placed on the tile edge it left about a 1/8 inch gap between the trim and the wall.
Date published: 2016-12-06
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stainless Steel peel and stick trim Unfortunately, they aren't stainless steel but a plastic item but they do make a good finishing trim for stainless steel.
Date published: 2016-08-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Product finished subway tile backsplash nicely. Without this trim, exposed cut edges would have had a rough look.
