Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product, if... If what? If your floor joists are VERY close to the 16 inches (or 24 inches for that model). Otherwise you will have some issues. Yes it's true that you can very easily remove the tabs with a pair of pliers to make the tiles fit, but realize that especially when the joists are a little wider than 16 inches (or 24 inches) you will notice a definite difference in firmness as you walk across the deks. I bought one box of six tiles to test their ability to accomodate my builder's inaccuracy with joists widths. Since mine were all pretty close, I ordered and installed the remaining 20 piece boxes. I have a few areas that are weak, but not overly so. And definitely get a pair of knee pads--you will need them! Once they are down and they fit properly, makes a great see-through floor! They come up very easily. I also should say that I used #8-2 inch star woodscrews because I hate phillips head screws--always stripping and heads snapping off.
