Answer:
10 Inch table saw blade, I used mine for my radial arm saw and it cut right through the 4x4's
and yes it is a clean cut. Plywood or 1in board should not be a problem at all and OSB never
tried it but this is a "General purpose" blade.

Answer:
It will cut aluminum if you turn the blade around so the teeth cut on the back side. I have used blades like this to cut steel roofing and the blade was still fine for cutting wood. Be sure to use safety goggles and long sleeves.

Answer:
I totally misunderstood your question in my previous answer & there's no way to delete it. After I wrote it I realized you were asking for the kerf dimension of a particualr blade. I was flumoxed as a result of Home Depot bunching together the questions & reviews of all different Avanti blades of types under the heading of a 10 inch 24 teeth ripping blade I was looking at.

A thin kerf cuts more easily, especially in a low power saw but a thick kerf is less likely to deflect when cutting thick stock but uses more power. You can determine the actual kerf by cutting either 1/2 depth or not all the way across a piece of wood & measuring the resulting slot. When the kerf is known you'll know how much usable wood you'll get out of a length or width of wood when cutting to size. Read Less
