Looking for a 7 1/4 inch circular saw blade for cutting plastic panels (polycarbonate) What is recommended for the job? Would a 60 tooth fine finish blade work?
Asked by: tony
I used the saw blade on our new kitchen Laminate Countertop that I had to make several cuts on and the blade was perfect and did not "eat" the materials as other blades. I hope that helps.

7-1/4 in. x 60-Tooth Fine Finish Saw Blade is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 110.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Creating style I purchased this blade to create a unique edge on the ends of a dozen boards used for the top of my pergola. It cut with ease and clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like butter The smaller and more teeth the blade had made the cutting so much easier compared to the blade that came with the saw. I don't do a lot of carpentry and usually leave dark burn marks when I do cut but with this blade it made doing projects so much easier. My dad used it to build closet shelves and he was impressed with the performance of the blade. He's been a carpenter all his life so I trust his opinion.

I needed a finer tooth blade for cutting the melamine to reduce the chip out of the cuts. I was pleased to find a relatively inexpensive blade in a tooth count that fit my needs and was happy overall with its performance

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a difference a NEW BLADE makes! I had a Skill saw that had never had the original blade changed. After having difficulty cutting through some basic material, I decided to get a new blade. What a difference! Now my saw is like NEW. Cuts through material so much easier!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good blade I don't use my circular saw as much as a professional but when I do I want a dependable blade. This blade goes beyond my expectations in performance and it was an outstanding value.
