Answer:
Yes, as long as the arbor is long enough. (Arbor is where the blade goes on)

Answer:
In most cases where the maximum width of a dado blade is limited, it is because the arbor is not long enough to safely attach a wider blade. My ripping table saw, which is a Craftsman brand, has this limitation. That saw's manual says that a 6 in maximum for dado blades. However, if you do NOT want to make dados wider than 1/2 in, IN A SINGLE pass the 8 inch blade should not cause any problems.

Answer:
I used it with good results on my Ryobi 10" table saw. Be extra careful setting up the proper layer orientation to minimize vibration.

Answer:
No, for several reasons.
1, the arbor size is probably too big.
2, When stacked to make over a 1/2 dado it would cause issues with the guard.
3, 7 1/4 does not mean 8.
If you only want to make up to a 1/2 dado, than stack two blades together with the teeth staggered into the teeth cutouts of the other blade. For narrower dadoes, use thin kerf blades in combination with other wider kerf blades.

Standard size, 5/8" I think. Fits my Ryobi Table saw and the hole is the same as all the other blades I own.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 62 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by worthless! Don't waist your time or money on this dado kit. Does not cut accurate or even precise cuts. left a concave or half moon cut on my dado joint. Though the outer blades did cut clean cuts the chipper blades are useless. I have a 6 inch set of Craftsman dado blades that are awesome. Will stick with them for now on. June 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Useless tool The internal blades for cutting are not the same length as the outside blades by at least one 1/32". Terrible. Where is the precision? Leaves grooves. I did better work with a single blade and slowly adjusting the fence. June 7, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just what I wanted. Worked great! Easy to use. Instruction easy to follow. Worked great! August 30, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cuts a dado This dado set will cut a dado. It won't have a flat bottom, and won't be pretty. My advice:spend the extra $50.00 and get the Freud. August 16, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by worthless All blades to not cut at the same depth. Not worth the price...purchased the Diablo and was satisfied July 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great blades They do a great job. Setting them up the right way they work perfect. May 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works Fine I've only used this dado blade set one time to notch out a groove in some trim material (used for like a large picture frame). It was pretty easy to set up, cut true to size, and the case makes it easy to store. May 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dado set This set was cheaper then the Deablo set.once you have all the blades and shims for desired width it cuts accurately. I don't do alot of dado, so good price for me. March 24, 2016
