Product Overview

BATHWORKS is a top of the line, commercial grade, Bathtub, Shower, Sink and Bath Wall surround refinishing kit formulated to provide an extremely glossy, very durable, long lasting finish. BATHWORKS has been used in hundreds of thousands of residential homes, hotels and apartment complexes across the US and Canada. Unlike other kits, which are based on epoxy paints that easily peel and discolor, BATHWORKS is a 2 part resin and the resulting finish is a porcelain-like, hard, glossy surface that won't easily, chip, peel, crack or yellow.

  • Highly durable resin finish won't easily chip, crack, peel or yellow
  • Use on porcelain, fiberglass, cultured marble, plastic shower modules and other bathroom surfaces
  • Dry to touch in 8 to 10 hours, cured and ready for use in 24 hours
  • Very flexible coating system around drains and caulk areas
  • Kit includes: refinishing paint (16 oz.) - liquid primer (1 oz.) - hardener (4 oz.)
  • One (1) kit covers 60 sq. ft. (average bathtub)-bathtub and wall tile needs two (2) kits

YES. A single kit has enough material to refinish a standard bathtub (60" x 32") with two coats.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Why rip out tile in perfect condition, simply because it is the wrong color? I could not spend the money to replace tile in perfect condition, simply because the colors were dated. This product provided the opportunity to update my bath without going to the expense of ripping out the bath surround and floor. I am very pleased with the appearance. I do not know how well it will hold up over time. February 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by new tub My 36 yr old shower tray looks brand new. I would like maintainance and care instructions, other than baking soda and apple cider vinagar equal parts to 3 parts water. Just make sure you sand and clean and dry before kit is applied. If any surface nicks or deep scratches or not smooth they will be seen under new surface. Be prepared for strong fumes.
