I installed 16 of these in my vaulted ceilings. These lights were my only option because my ceilings are framed with 2x4s, giving me only 3.5 inches of clearance. I purchased a 3 and 7/8 hole saw bit for my drill (http://www.homedepot.com/p/BLU-MOL-3-7-8-in-Xtreme-Bi-Metal-Hole-Saw-5878B/205546515) which cut perfect holes. The only trick with the bit is you should start out at a slow speed and use reverse to start the hole. You need to be patient with the bit or you can gauge your drywall.
I did encounter one problem after they were all installed. The lights buzzed. I made sure my dimmer was an LED and there was no other interference on the circuit with the light that could cause buzzing. I emailed Bazz in Canada and they said they were aware of the problem. They sent me 16 brand new bulbs free of charge and the lights now have no noise, even when dimmed to the lowest setting. Kudos to Bazz for their customer service.
Overall I am really happy with the lights. The were the only solution for a tight space, they were easy to install, and they look good :).

I purchased 14 lights online and they were delivered within 3 days. The lights were individually packaged which made it easy for me to examine (adore, obsess over) one before calling the electrician. I purchased the ones w the white baffle and the lights are small, sleek and sexy. Oh and they are IC rated meaning not a fire hazard if installed near ceiling insulation. I had them installed in the lower level Fam room (low clearance) and in main level living room (plenty of attic clearance). Used an approved dimmer and I am very pleased with the soft almost Amber glow. Not harsh white or Operating room type lighting at all.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rocketdriver Perfect fixture for a low clearance ceiling
Very well built and attractive fixture. The job involved a bathroom with a dropped ceiling in the bathrooms and a surface mounted light fixture would be awkwardly low. I knew there were air conditioning and ventilation ducts above the ceiling, and exploring with a drill revealed there was just under 3" between the drywall and ducting. I searched everywhere for a low clearance fixture (needed four total) and finally found this one.
It's easy to install and looks extremely clean. The only issue I would point out is that a 4" hole is bit too big. The template calls for a 3 7/8" I believe, but such a hole saw diameter doesn't exist. A 4" works but it needs to be a good clean cut since there's only about 1/8" left.
Comments: it comes with an LED bulb which is very bright, but a cold white look. I replaced the bulbs with 50w GU10 Halogen and put a dimmer on the entire range. Result is a warmly lit bathroom.
Another thing: I'm sad to read HD is discontinuing it since the BAZZ 4 really saved this job. It took a lot of searching on HD's website before it came up, so I wonder if it didn't sell because of the way it was listed. It's not sold in stores and I suspect the only reason this didn't sell is because people didn't know about it. If HD is reading this it might pay to make it pop up in a search for low clearance recessed lighting, or just put it higher in the results so people see it.
I highly recommend this fixture, so much so that I'm going to buy a few and stock them for future use as I don't know where I'll ever find them again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JimmyH Perfect for tight spaces
I had been searching for a light like this for a couple of years. I removed a light in my kitchen, removed the box, with the plan of installing a can light in its place. I hadn't picked out exactly which lights I was going to use yet. To my surprise the electrician / builder had the light installed directly under a hot water line in the ceiling with about 3 and a half inches of clearance. All the recessed lights I found were too deep. I was living with this hole in my ceiling, which was always a good conversation starter, for over a year. I came across this light in an email from home depot and noticed it said for ceiling clearance. So I checked the description and the measurements matched up. I decided to take a gamble. What a perfect fit.
They fit exactly inside the old hole from the ceiling light box which I removed. The can in which the light is held has 2 tabs on it that when you screw in it grips onto the sheetrock. Very light weight. Was able to fit tight next to the stud without a problem. Wiring was a snap, then the box with about 6-8 inches of flex attached to the light itself, fit right up in the ceiling then the box snapped into place. The trim is easy to remove. And bonus, the lights tilt inside the housing in case you want to point them towards some thing. I will probably buy a few more to place around the house.
The light output is a bright white, and is also dimmable.

Nice lights. Surprised no one mentioned that there aren't any holes in the junction box to mount it. You have to drill a hole in it if you plan on mounting it to something.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by stello Great value and product one small draw back
The lights are bright and look great. They are capable of being aimed but at a high angle which you may require on a sloped ceiling there is a gap between the lens and housing.
Its not a bulls eye design. Other than that they are great. For a flat ceiling or moderate angle on a sloped ceiling it a really great product.
