This paint has several advantages that paints did not have before.
I used to do the primer before, and wait for it to dry for a day or two to do the real paint job.
This paint also includes the primer, so that step can be eliminated, which means it saves time and money.
I just washed off of the cement board siding the day before painting with a garden hose. The weather was good and wind was calm. I did paint my back side of the house which is about 360 square feet (9’x40’) using a paint sprayer and a gallon of paint. It looks really great.
I did a testing on the painted surface next day, after the paint was dry, to see if the claims of the manufacture were correct. I did throw some dirty water and mud on the painted surface.
Next day, I sprayed off the dirt with a garden hose, and it was amazing; the dirt and mud
came off clean, and the surface looked like I just painted it!
It is really worth the money for this new technology paint, which is; dirt, stain, water, mildew and fade resistant. The best advantage of the paint that I like was the water
resisting technology, which avoids the growth of mildew.
I hope the pearl like appearance of the painted surface will stay as it is now, for long time to come.

I have an outside storage building that was showing a lot of wear due to the extreme weather over the years and I decided to give it a fresh coat of paint. I researched the different options for outdoor paint products and found BERH MARQUEE Products that are stain-blocking with a primer included, fade resistant and also resists dirt. My storage shed is located near a busy road with lots of traffic and has a lot of wear. I have to say that I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend the BERH MARQUEE Products.

I used this on some outdoor wood trim and also on some outdoor cement. It is very thick, yet smooth and has a very even color and consistency with minimal stirring. I only needed one coat for both. I painted these areas over 2 months ago and it's already been through sunny, rainy, and snowy weather, with temps ranging from negative 9 degrees F, to 70F. The surfaces I painted still look perfect.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Autobroker We used this in our kitchen and it came out great!
This is excellent paint! It not only covers well, but it flows well too. Amazing paint!
For this job, we used a sash brush and foam roller. We sanded the old oil based paint on the cabinets - we wet sanded to keep the lead based paint from kicking up dust. We took a chance and painted right over the old paint, without using a primer. Since it was very old oil based paint, we felt that the oils were no longer coming out of the paint and we could use a water based paint. The first coat went on well. We laid a thin coat and it his mostly everything. We decided to hit it with a second coat about 4 hours later and it again took well and flowed so nicely. That we over two years ago and the kitchen still looks great. I've included some photos.
I will gladly pay a premium price for this paint - it's worth every cent! This is our new go-to paint!

I bought 2 gallons of this paint, (fresh Crossant and dark crimson), followed all directions and steps for use, and could not be more upset with the results. I was attempting to cover a light tan color, and the dark crimson really showed us how crummy the paint is. Takes multiple coats, leaves roller lines, uneven coating because it dries so quickly. The best part? While pulling up painters tape around edges, it started pulling the paint up! It's so thick, you constantly have to mix it and good luck with a roller, it's a mess. The ironic thing, the fresh Crossant color gave us no isissues! Clean smooth finish, looks great. Maybe they need to adjust their tint formula? Both cans are marquee interior satin, so it must be the tint.

Behr Marquee is absolutely phenomenal. The paint goes on well and flows like an oil base. Brush strokes blend smoothly. The paint covers well and I've been able to successfully lay down only one coat most times.
This paint sheds dirt like no other. I don't know what's in it, but dirt just wipes off.
This paint is expensive, but considering that much of a paint job is the cost of labor, this paint actually saves me money. It takes less time to apply the paint and there's less damage when cleaning. The durability is good and the paint looks great!
I highly recommend using Behr Marquee Exterior Enamel!

This was my second trial of using the Marquee line of Behr paints. The first time the paint was very thin like the cheapest paint you could find to buy. This time was no different. The Marquee paint is just a little bit thicker than water. Coverage is not like Behr says. I brush painted on white painted wood with this white paint. After 2 coats you could still faintly notice the original white color of the painted fascia. Dip your brush 1/2 inch into the paint and wait 5 minutes for it to stop dripping. I paint houses and this paint is junk for the money. It does dry well and is adhesive but it is not a top of the line quality paint.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tricolore113 Best Exterior Paint I've Ever Used
I have used the Exterior Marquee since it came out, and It's hands down the best paint i've ever used on the outside of a home. The best part is the dirt an dust resistant finish. I told Ed (my Maui Behr rep) about how much I loved it, and a few weeks later, I was called for an over the phone interview for an article in the Home Depot Contractor's Magazine which is circulated on the East Coast. they published my pictures of my project and everything. I am a very happy contractor!!
