Hi Joe,
Thanks for your question! If your local Home Depot doesn't have the premixed cans available, you can also have the color swatch for Silver Gray (located in our Concrete & Wood Floor Coatings borchure) color matched. You can also bring the color formula for Silver Gray to the store so they can mix the paint for you: (for 1 gallon in base No. 900) BL - 1Y68, CL 184 shots, RL - 82 shots. Good luck Read More

Answer:
Hi Chance,
Yes, you can apply a second coat of 1-Part Epoxy on top of the chips. You want to make sure you don't have any chips that are loose, and the surface is clean before applying your second coat. Best wishes for your project! - Sara

Answer:
yes, but keep in mind that the chips will be covered if they are the color flake kind. Just be sure to let the first coat cure well; at least 5-7 days and make sure it is clean and or dust free before applying another coat. Don't use soap solutions to clean. Plain water or a bleach solution works fine

1-Gal. #PFC-53 Leisure Time 1-Part Epoxy Concrete and Garage Floor Paint is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 352.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Dissappointing Product I followed the directions to the letter. Scrubbed and Cleaned the garage floor. Used the recommended etching product and primer. Then I waited 10 days before parking the car on it. The product went on nicely. Coverage was great. The problem is that my car tires pull the paint off down to the concrete. I ended up having to put down pads to park the car on and it looks ridiculous. The bicycle kickstands chip the paint off. Any tool I've dropped on it has chipped it! I am totally disappointed in this product. I have always used Behr Paints in the past and been very pleased. This one is definitely the exception. I absolutely hate this product!

Painted my garage floor with this product and also applied the flakes and it turned out fantastic. I suggest one additional step once your floor has been painted though. Apply a concrete seal coat over the finished product before you drive on it. I used a clear gloss sealer. As you will read in some of the reviews, without you taking this additional step the paint will come up. It is not due to hot tire but it is due to your tires expanding and contracting. I recommend more than one coat of seal. I put several coats of paint and seal on my floor. But as I mentioned taking these steps will give your garage that fantastic professional look. Dirts wipe up with mop and water.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! I had used this product regularly for my garage floor for the past 10 years. Every three years or so, I would remove everything from the garage and roll on a very nice, even, surface that looked great. I recently purchased the same product and color that I've used over the years, and something has been changed - don't know what it is, but the product goes on like water. There is no thickness to it and very very little coverage. So disappointed because of past experience but obviously Behr has changed something or is trying to skimp on some ingredient because it is NOT the same as in years past. Don't bother purchasing this paint. It has certainly gone up in price but I was willing to pay the premium because I was expecting it to perform.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely unsatisfied with the results! Painted my garage floor, following the instructions, and the product did not uphold to the claims. Experienced hot tire pick up the very first time we parked back in the garage after waiting 10 days after the floor was painted! Even my dogs toenails picked the paint, not from "digging" at the paint but just where she sleeps. I will look for another product to use. I would not suggest this product for potential customers and will probably not consider Behr products for any of my painting needs in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not durable for normal use I followed the instructions and used this paint for my concrete carport, front porch and rear screened patio I applied 2 coats with 24 hours dry time in between and allowed it to dry for over a week before parking or placing patio furniture. There were tire marks in the carport within days of parking The patio is scratched up from moving light patio furniture Front porch is scratched from who knows what? maybe a package delivery? dog feet? your guess is as good as mine My brother has also used the same paint in his garage twice with the same results as above We are in south Florida so maybe it's not good for humid climates? Not sure why this is sold as durable garage because it is certainly not that I guess it's better than nothing but certainly not a good product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I applied one coat and it seemed covered pretty well. I waited 3 days before driving on it and tire marks came on the paint immediately! I repainted with a second coat waited over 2 weeks before driving on it and tire marks again. After going back to the store to see if I was missing a top coat or sealant I was told to contact BEHR because there is no additional steps and it should not leave tire marks. Not happy with this expensive paint that does not do what it says. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gray 1-part Epoxy Concrete and Garage Floor Paint I used this product and followed the directions precisely. I waited at least 10 days before driving in the garage. I also used the flakes which I regret. Deferent area in garage are peeling up and a lot of flakes are being distributed throughout the house much to my wife's displeasure. I am really getting no where with Behr. I have to say I have used other products from Behr for walls with good results. However, they should stick to walls and forget floors. I should have stayed with Rustoleum.
