Used the product on my fence & deck last year. The fence looks fine, but the stain is pealing from the deck. Pretty sure I followed the procedure recommended however did not get the results expected. I now have to remove the stain from the deck and reapply, this time gonna try a different product.

MY PORCH LOOKS ABSOLUTELY MARVELLOUS. I WASN'T TO SURE THAT I WOULD BE CONTENT WITH THE NEW COLOURS OF BEHRIN. BUT I COULD POSITIVELY SAY THAT BEHR IS PART OF MY FAMILY NOW.

Okay last summer I painted my front porch using Rustoleum Restore, which was the biggest mistake ever. It completely ruined my porch. I'm getting married next week here at our house and needed to do something quick because it was an eyesore after removing the restore product. With not having enough time (or funds) to replace the porch, I bought this product in hopes to make it look somewhat presentable. Well paint can only look as good as the canvas it is going on, but holey cow this stuff did wonders. It goes on so smoothly and easily. I also can't believe how far the paint went (My porch is almost 500sf and I used only 2-1/4 containers with two coats). I'm seriously impressed with how well it hid imperfections. I 100% recommend this stuff and plan on using it on our back deck too. I will also no doubt use this paint after I replace the front porch!

This is the most awesome paint ever, I bought a home by the gulf coast and we were thinking we had to replace the patio. After we power washed the patio, we applied this paint and now it looks Brand New . Our neighbors all were amazed by the finished product thinking it was a new deck.

I have used this on several occasions once in a basement and once on a covered patio. It begins to
peal within a very short period of time about 8 months. Absolute waste of time and money. The only
floor paint that will last is the old school grey paint.
