This was a great quality paint. When dry, the color was even better than I had expected it would be. I am very pleased with this brand and personally recommend this for anyone who wants to protect and have their garage or mechanical room floors looking professionally clean.

So I used this to paint my 2-car-garage yesterday. I did minimum prep ( washed the floor with soap and hot water) and applied 2 layers.
I'm very happy with the out come. I'll buy this paint again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bigdog Done right this coating works very well
My garage floor is 55 years old. I used full strength degreaser and a deck brush. Hosed it off and let dry (85 degree days during summer time really help thinks dry and set-up nicely). I then applied the Behr clear bonding primer Model # 88001 let dry overnight and then applied 2 coats of the Silver Gray 1 part epoxy concrete paint. Second coating got the black/gray/white flakes hand sprinkled as I did a 7x7 foot area. Using a shaker bottle was a nice idea but takes to long; and by hand tossing is looks good and random with plenty of coverage. 20x20 foot garage with built-in cabinets so more like 18x18 foot. Used 2/3 gal primer, 1.5 gal of epoxy paint, and one bag of flakes. Been down for 3 months, no issues, even steam mopped it the other day. Spills wipe right up, a blower works great for regular cleaning.
The car went back in after one-day of drying on wax paper for 2 days. Then I had an older indoor/outdoor 10x8 foot rug and park the car successfully on that. The backing of the indoor/outdoor carpet doesn't pull up paint like regular carpet. Real happy with it no. Looks to be holding excellent and if needed in 4-5 years I'll redo the high traffic areas, but no touch-up so far at all. Roller with extender, cut-in brush, and a little masking tape and paper........that's it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer Extremely disappointed
I wholeheartedly agree with the review written LoyalBehrClient in December. We have always been satisfied with Behr products until we used it to finish the floor of our 4-car garage. My husband followed the prep, application, and follow-up instructions exactly as written, and the paint has peeled up from our garage floor. He used a similar product made by Rustoleum on the garage floor of our previous house which lasted several years. We spent far too much money and more importantly, time, to be so disappointed in the outcome of this project. We too would appreciate some feedback from Behr.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by hammerblossom Not a serviceable paint for basement woodshop floor
This paint covers well and dries quickly; otherwise it is unsatisfactory for my floor. As with all other waterborne paints, this doesn't dry with a hard, smooth surface. As a result it marks very easily, and the marks cannot be removed. Most of my woodworking machines have rubber wheels and/or casters. When I move the machines the wheels leave black marks on/in the paint--never the case with an oil based paint. Just can't imagine what car tires would do to it. A small air compressor weighing about 55 pounds and having rubber anti-vibration feet leaves black marks wherever it is set down. Finally, normal "dirt" tracked in from the garage or from outside adheres to the paint and does not mop up easily.
Next time I'd go to the trouble and expense of a two-part expoxy coating, inasmuch as oil base paints no longer are available for the most part.
My conclusion after having tried all the best brands of waterborne paints, stains, and polyurethanes for ALL purposes is that only latex wall paint is serviceable. The rest are poor substitutes.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Not a great prodict
Bought this paint, their prescribed etch, some detergent and a power washer. Vacuumed, power washed, squeegeed it off, rinsed it again, squeegeed it again, let it dry. Used the etch, scrubbed it with a stiff broom, rinsed it, let it dry. Rolled this paint, two coats. Let it dry two days. Nope. It flakes at the slightest provocation. I was dubious of a one-part "epoxy" should have trusted my gut. There's no undo on this project. Use the two part epoxy is my best guess about what might have worked better, but who knows. This stuff was expensive, a ton of work to prep for and apply, and not very durable.
