Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sijuki A good way to clean your concrete
My review of Behr (no.990) Concrete & masonry cleaner & degreaser. I will give it an A. I bought the quart container (which is supposed to cover 125 sq ft) and used it in my 2 car garage (roughly 200 sq ft of space I cleaned). I used it full strength on a couple oil stains and then diluted it for the rest of approximately 1 gal of water to the remainder of the quart (90% full). I then spread it around the surface and waited about 10 minutes to scrub. The scrubbing is the hard part (obviously) and then rinsed it off with a hose and scrubbed a few spots that still needed work.
I didn't get the rust spots off, or a few spots that are probably 5 or 6 years old. But those are recommended for the etcher. I felt like being cheap so I bought the $10 quart vs. the $20 Etcher. It got rid of the oil stains which was my main goal, everything else was not a huge concern. It definitely looks better now.

Completely useless. Followed the instructions exactly. Let soak for longer than recommended, scrubbed several times, and the stains look exactly the same.

This literally did not remove any rust, oil or gas stains and was applied properly. Complete waste of 18 dollars.

Followed the instructions as per the bottle for two large oil stains on driveway. Used heavy steel brush to soak in the cleaner. Left on for 15min and washed away. Stains are exactly the same, did nothing. $20 waste

After spending approx. $70.00 on other products to try to remove some oil stains from my driveway, I found this to be the only product that got the job done.. Wet the area first, sprayed on full strength with a spray bottle, let sit for about 5 minutes. Mist lightly with water and scrub in with heavy bristle brush and hose off. Worked great.

This product may clean up some grease spills but it did not clean water stains or other road grime stains on the garage floor I used it on. Limited use for cleaning a garage floor.

Was not impressed with this product at all. Spread it all over the floor full strength, waited 10 minutes, scrubbed with a stiff brush and just surface dirt was removed. All the dark spots and oil spots -including grease remained. No matter how hard I scrubbed the spots stayed exactly the same color. I scrubbed so hard that I had blisters on my hands. Another problem was the bubbling foam that was left behind. I kept rinsing after I scrubbed, but the cleaner was absorbed into the concrete and kept foaming out. This was maddening to say the least, and it took me over 6 hours to scrub and remove most of the foam from the two car garage. This product did not work at all in my opinion -and it created more trouble that it was worth with all that foam. I could have used dawn dish detergent and acheived the same result. Very unhappy customer!

This is the best product I've ever used. Works especially well on 40 year old thin set I've managed to encounter in my basement. I used it full strength and waited ten minutes. Goo peeled up like a dream leaving clean, ready concrete underneath. Easy clean up and I'm ready to lay tile!
