DO NOT BUY!
I unfortunately did not read any reviews beforehand. Big mistake. It really is not worth trying this product. I stained my concrete wall outside, waited the prescribed 24hrs and applied the sealer (both Behr products). I used a roller as suggested some areas were sort of clear and some were very milky after 3 hours. I'm going to wait 24hrs and see what happens. But I really do not expect any difference. I'm going to contact the support line on Monday when they are open to see what options i have. I hope stripping isn't the only option as that will not work for me for sure. I'm wondering if a coat of high-gloss will help but doubt.
I would not recommend using this product AT ALL unless you can live with or desire a milky, spotty look. It is too risky!!!!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lowen Beware- Slippery when wet
Used on 20 yr old concrete pool deck that was never painted or stained. Deck has only been power washed annually. I was concerned about traction so I mixed in Behr non-skid floor additive. Rained day after I put it down and deck became very slippery. Cannot imagine how slick it would have been without the additive. Will now have to research remedies to help avoid injuries when grandkids are getting out of pool. As for appearance, this product left the deck with noticeable color variations. Looks as if it penetrated differently in different areas. That said, it is possible (likely) that much of the coloration difference is just due to the age and wear of the concrete surface. Can't fault the product for that. Behr should, however, identify the potential for traction issues on their product label. Definitely not a good choice for a pool deck.

I would not recommend this product! I have spots that dried to a milky finish! Grr. I wish that I had read those reviews before I purchased and used this product. Now I guess I have to put the toothpaste back in the tube and find a solution! Ugh

I had the same problem with white patches on an interior application of this product.
Did anyone successfully fix this problem? Power washing is not an option. Help, I'm about to be sued by the client.

This semi-gloss waterproofing sealant is great for outdoor hardscapes and stones. I have used this on manufactured stone facades, pavers, natural stone walkways, stone porches, and river rock. It brings out the color in the substrate and the semi-gloss finish gives it a clean look. I apply this with a hudson sprayer. It goes on with a milky/purplish tint and dries clear. It is best to mist a very light first coat, let dry, then apply a wet (but not runny or puddling) second coat. If you get puddling or runs, use a chip brush to distribute the sealant more evenly in those areas or back-roll larger flat areas. Make sure your substrate is clean and dry first. I've found this to last years outdoors with no peeling or fogging.

I have nothing positive to say about this product. My reason is...I read a lot of reviews. Prep work was described as being the most important part before applying this product. I focussed on cleaning the patio properly. I pressure washed completely two different days. I used the leaf blower to make sure nothing loose on the patio. I then applied to a small section. Thank god it was just a small section. 2' x 6'. I let it dry. I did everything I was suppose to do. It just applied a white coat on the brick. Took away from the color. Low Luster not. A white luster. Not clear after it dried. It was a pain to take out and left white stains on the patio. Look at pictures. Gonna try using the wet look sealer.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dave This product is horrible and ruined my new patio!
I followed the instructions to the letter. The patio was dry for at least four days prior, I applied it when there was no direct sunlight, the temperatures were in the recommended range and I used a roller with the recommended knapp depth. My $3000 patio looks horrible with white patches and streaks all over it and appears to be ruined. I wish I had read the customer reviews prior to application. I spent four hours cleaning (one week prior), blowing off any debris, and applying this product. This was back breaking work and the sealer cost me over $60. In my opinion this has either ruined my patio or will cost me a lot of extra money to correct. I see where Behr recommends that if this happens you should purchase their stripper and start over. WHAT! Spend more money on products to correct the problems already caused by a faulty product. This product should be removed from the market. It looks like I may need to spend hundreds of dollars now to hire a contractor to correct this mess! The patio now looks horrible!!!!!

No issues to milkiness after adding a second coat, but had to work fast before the sun hit the interlocking pavers.
