Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by oldguysrule Great product for specific material use
Behr Masonry, Stucco & Brick Paint was specifically produced to be used on the materials as mentioned. Easy application and clean-up! Wide cracks were patched and repaired properly in order for the paint to be applied. Great product With the intense environmental demands of living in the Southwest high desert. This Behr product should last for many years.

We have a large and unsightly stucco retaining wall in our rear yard. About 10 years ago I was inspired to paint it a bright cobalt blue (using Behr paint, of course, that is the only paint I use) As the wall gets a fair amount of sun, I was concerned about fading. And yes, fade it did. AFTER 10 YEARS!
Earlier this summer I repainted it with Behr Masonry, Stucco, & Brick paint. I used a quality Home Depot roller and chose "Midnight Blue" for the color this time.
I'm thrilled with the results! My plants and garden art "pop" against this beautiful color and my formerly boring wall is now a focal point of the yard.
I wish I was able to post pictures for all to enjoy!

We had a great experience repainting the stucco on a 1950s house in Coquitlam, B.C., using Behr's stucco paint. We took it from white with brown trim to two shades of an earthy tone, giving it a more contemporary look. A neighbour offered my husband a special kind of roller, which made the paint roll on much easier. I was on touch-up duty, as our stucco was very coarse. By the time we were finished, all of our neighbours couldn't believe how great the house looked.

We painted our house about 6 months ago. We decided to use Behr because we loved their interior paints so much. So far we are very happy with the paint. It went on very easy with a roller. My husband and I painted the house ourselves. It covered a lot of the small cracks in the block. The paint is very stretchy when it is dry so it is good for extreme temperatures we see here in Florida. My only complaint is that because of the color we picked Home Depot could not mix it in the 5 gallon buckets. We bought 20 1 gallon buckets. All in all we are very happy we chose Behr!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CDel Great on stucco and mortar
I used this paint on the stucco walls on the 2nd floor of my home and it covered beautifully. I also had a can matched to my mortar color to touch up visible caulk around the 1st floor window casings which are set into stone after painting the window casings and it hid the white caulk perfectly making ti blend into the stucco around the window. It does take some getting used to as it is thick and stringy which makes it difficult not to drip when moving the brush toward the surface to be painted.

I live in the north east where some town houses are brownstone. The front of my house is all brown stone and was painted more than 20 years ago a few shades of what I'd call a greenish gray. I was able to match this paint to paint the stoop and touch up a few areas. The match is great. The paint covered very well. No problems there.
The back of the house is mostly brick. The sills are brownstone. Since the sills have been painted before as well as badly stained and patched with cement I felt the best thing to do would be to just paint it the stones color. A sort of reddish brown. Goes nicely with the red brick. The problem... Even though the value is about the same as the color used on the front I can't get the masonry paint in this dark a color. Must have something to do with the red hue. Hey Behr... How about a deep base in masonry paint for us people who live in brownstones and want brownstone brown paint. Other than that I love Behr products and use them all the time.
