Answer:
Hi Joe,
Thanks for your question! If your local Home Depot doesn't have the premixed cans available, you can also have the color swatch for Silver Gray (located in our Concrete & Wood Floor Coatings borchure) color matched. You can also bring the color formula for Silver Gray to the store so they can mix the paint for you: (for 1 gallon in base No. 900) BL - 1Y68, CL 184 shots, RL - 82 shots. Good luck Read More

I applied 1-Part Epoxy and added the chips. I want to put a second coat on it. Can I do this even though I applied chips on first application?

Answer:
Hi Chance,
Yes, you can apply a second coat of 1-Part Epoxy on top of the chips. You want to make sure you don't have any chips that are loose, and the surface is clean before applying your second coat. Best wishes for your project! - Sara

Answer:
yes, but keep in mind that the chips will be covered if they are the color flake kind. Just be sure to let the first coat cure well; at least 5-7 days and make sure it is clean and or dust free before applying another coat. Don't use soap solutions to clean. Plain water or a bleach solution works fine

Rated 3.2 out of 5 by 360 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Thin likes water, Peeling off likes tape I used Supercoat Super Kit #: 802355 from Sam’s Club for my garage floor, one year passed, the floor is still perfect. but this item (802355 ) must buy online, not locally. so I went home depot for the replacement for my outdoor kitchen floor. I think all epoxy floor paints should be same. but this one (BEHR #900) is bad. 1. Very thin, like water, cannot cover the floor texture (see attached picture) 2. Very easy to peeling off. I accidentally painted the SAMS item to the driveway, but the high pressure washer cannot remove it; but this home depot item easy peeling off by hands (see attached picture) July 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely unsatisfied with the results! Painted my garage floor, following the instructions, and the product did not uphold to the claims. Experienced hot tire pick up the very first time we parked back in the garage after waiting 10 days after the floor was painted! Even my dogs toenails picked the paint, not from "digging" at the paint but just where she sleeps. I will look for another product to use. I would not suggest this product for potential customers and will probably not consider Behr products for any of my painting needs in the future. September 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this paint! When a paint goes on as smoothly as this, it's a real treat! Made the project really pleasant to take on, and the end result was pretty impressive. It's only been a month or so, but so far, it's holding up beautifully. I used it both indoors and out on an upper deck that gets a lot of sun and weather (on the outside). Color is also very rich. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product, Good color. I used this paint on the concrete floor of my sun porch. It went on smoothly over primed floor and after only two coats we had a good covering. The color is good. September 6, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pure junk Stay away from this product. Easy to apply and good coverage. Paint scratches and peels with car tires. July 30, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My Basement Good product, dry fast and no odors. I painted my Basement floor and looks great July 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gray 1-part Epoxy Concrete and Garage Floor Paint I used this product and followed the directions precisely. I waited at least 10 days before driving in the garage. I also used the flakes which I regret. Deferent area in garage are peeling up and a lot of flakes are being distributed throughout the house much to my wife's displeasure. I am really getting no where with Behr. I have to say I have used other products from Behr for walls with good results. However, they should stick to walls and forget floors. I should have stayed with Rustoleum. October 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Dissappointing Product I followed the directions to the letter. Scrubbed and Cleaned the garage floor. Used the recommended etching product and primer. Then I waited 10 days before parking the car on it. The product went on nicely. Coverage was great. The problem is that my car tires pull the paint off down to the concrete. I ended up having to put down pads to park the car on and it looks ridiculous. The bicycle kickstands chip the paint off. Any tool I've dropped on it has chipped it! I am totally disappointed in this product. I have always used Behr Paints in the past and been very pleased. This one is definitely the exception. I absolutely hate this product! August 29, 2016
