Worst product ever. The stain is already peeling!!! It's not even been a full year. Our deck is old and we spent several weekends cleaning and preparing our wrap around deck, including pressure washing. We did this last summer and applied 2 coats. In between the coats we waited a full 24 hours before the next coat. Now it's fully coming off. Some of our old wood was rotting so we had to replace them, clearly this horrible product cannot even work with brand new wood. Don't ever buy this product if you want it to last. I seriously want my money back because this product is not cheap and it didn't even do the job right.

Couple of issues with this stain.
1. Very difficult to apply, it had a lot of streaking. If you are familiar with Oil Stains, you will hate this stain.
2. Everywhere on the deck that was exposed to the rain is now pealing off the deck.
The stain was applied on a new cedar deck in August, we had a lot rain this year in the NW and it is now March. That is 8 months.
The good thing, we can strip it with house water pressure.

We stained a new deck with the Transparent Premium Weatherproofing all in One. It looks fabulous. We did use the prep liquid and then applied with a pad. We waited until we had a low humidity day. Unfortunately, the humidity here in Florida has been over 80% every day since 36 hours after we stained. It is still curing after 2 weeks. Looks great and can't wait for it to get done curing so we can enjoy!

I applied this to a fence that was dry and 10 years old. It brought the fence back to a great color and lush deep finish. It looks great, required a coat and a 1/2 and was easy to apply and spread. Love the redwood color. Very easy clean up and worked great with a sprayer.

After great results with indoor Behr paints, we purchased & applied in September, 2014 Behr Premium Transparent Weatherproofing All-in-One Wood finish to cover our new (4 mo old) Cedar wood deck . Big mistake! Looked great for 2 months, but during the winter we noticed a few spots bubbling & peeling. By May, 1/3 the deck was peeling & rest looked good. Now we can't remove what stuck, but have bare wood on rest! Behr needs to stay with paint, not stains!

I used this product on my cedar deck in Fall 2014 and am totaling enjoying it now after the snow left. It's raining as I type this and the surface of the deck is doing just what the stain can said! I love this Behr product! The application was easy and the amount of stain I used went further than I thought, saving me money. I have a senior graduation party this year with guests coming and I'm very excited to have them dine on my deck...it makes me look good.

We have had our mountain vacation cabin for about 20 years now. Every few years we have to clean like crazy and reseal the decking. Last fall we change our normal brand and tried your Behr Premium Transparent All in One. Fast forward a year later and the deck still looks like just refinished and new. Not only are we protected the product was easier to apply than that other brand and I feel we will not have to redo next year. The all in one saved us steps, time, and money because we didn't have to buy two other products. Love that! Thus saving money in the long run..wear and tear and labor. We are very pleased and now looking into doing the trim this summer with your semi gloss paints.

I do agree with other posts about application method, the pad is the only way to go. Rollers are bad idea and little to thick for a sprayer. Got the transparent with the Golden Honey stain and ended up being a lot darker (Orange) than expected but still looks good to me. We waited till the sun was off the deck and deck temp was in the 70's and it went on very well with the pad applicator.
