Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Missslucrew Horrible product, ruined table!
I applied this product as the instructions stated to a brand new, unfinished, picnic table for my daughter. Less than a year later, the table is covered in mold!!!!! The wood is warped and expanded making the table unusable. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!!!!!!

Worst product ever. The stain is already peeling!!! It's not even been a full year. Our deck is old and we spent several weekends cleaning and preparing our wrap around deck, including pressure washing. We did this last summer and applied 2 coats. In between the coats we waited a full 24 hours before the next coat. Now it's fully coming off. Some of our old wood was rotting so we had to replace them, clearly this horrible product cannot even work with brand new wood. Don't ever buy this product if you want it to last. I seriously want my money back because this product is not cheap and it didn't even do the job right.

Couple of issues with this stain.
1. Very difficult to apply, it had a lot of streaking. If you are familiar with Oil Stains, you will hate this stain.
2. Everywhere on the deck that was exposed to the rain is now pealing off the deck.
The stain was applied on a new cedar deck in August, we had a lot rain this year in the NW and it is now March. That is 8 months.
The good thing, we can strip it with house water pressure.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BrandonGirl Nice finish! Great product!
We stained a new deck with the Transparent Premium Weatherproofing all in One. It looks fabulous. We did use the prep liquid and then applied with a pad. We waited until we had a low humidity day. Unfortunately, the humidity here in Florida has been over 80% every day since 36 hours after we stained. It is still curing after 2 weeks. Looks great and can't wait for it to get done curing so we can enjoy!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by yhardwurk Did not hold up well on older deck.
Our deck was admittedly old and worn so we took care to power wash, dry and administer according to instructions. At first the deck was looking very nice but almost immediately we noticed fading and very little water resistance. It is exactly one year and the decks look as if they were never done. Perhaps the age and condition of the decks are a factor and maybe we should have used a thicker application or more coats. In fairness, it was an extremely harsh winter with loads of snow and the decks are at or slightly above ground level. In any event, we will reapply this product one more time and hope for better results as it went on easily, dried to a nice finish and did make the decks look renewed before it faded. Update to follow.

I applied this to a fence that was dry and 10 years old. It brought the fence back to a great color and lush deep finish. It looks great, required a coat and a 1/2 and was easy to apply and spread. Love the redwood color. Very easy clean up and worked great with a sprayer.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WantedANiceFence NOT Transparent - Very Ugly Orange
My husband spent two weekends making a Very nice looking and durable fence and gate using Home Depot standard red cedar pickets. I Loved the natural color of the grain, and would stand on our walkway admiring his work.
Then it was My job to use this product to protect it.
Even though the can is labeled "Transparent", it has a brown sediment in what looks like yellow broth.
I should have done a test patch first, but I painted the whole thing, Hoping the first coat would dry Clear.
But, no. Yellowish brown + red cedar = UGLY Orange. Which might be OK if you're a TX Longhorn fan, but completely unacceptable on our new pickets. I won't even open the shades of the window that overlooks this fence, it's That Bad.
There's No way I'm painting a second coat of this.
(The only good thing is, that it was soap and water clean up on the brush)
