5 gal. #SC-104 Cordovan Brown Wood and Concrete Coating is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Difficult to Use There are a lot of restrictions on this product. Have to wash per Behr, cannot paint in heat, cannot paint in cold, cannot paint 24 hours before rain, cannot paint 24 hours after rain, have to fill cracks first, two coats..... If you have the time, like a entire summer, to use this product then you will get a fine finished deck. If you do not and you skip a step, watch out because you will be sanding or replacing wood as it does not just power wash off. We washed our brushes every hour because the stuff is so think and dries so fast we had clumping on our brushes that left a lumpy finish. We did not use a roller, it is too thick for a roller to cover correctly and leaves a surface too rough to walk on with bare feet. We had to sand areas down after that mistake. If I knew all this prior I probably would not have used it however if your deck is in rough shape and you have more patience then I do you will be happy with this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Durable Exterior Paint This paint covers everything in one coat even though it says to use two coats. I picked this color because my house is the exact same color but was put on in a stain. I used this paint for touch ups on my house and blended right in with the stain and you can't tell the difference between the stain and paint, The only con I didn't like of this paint is that its a little too thick. You probably can add a little water to the paint but I did not, otherwise this paint is a very good product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK I guess Used on a previously-painted patio (after power washing, had some paint and some exposed concrete). Opened lid, some blue coloring was on surface (despite being bought and mixed two days earlier) so had to dump back and forth into separate bucket. Used a 1/2" nap roller as recommended; but a 3/4" would have been better, there were lots of tiny air bubbles that popped, necessitating a second coat. Tried to put it on thick and heavy, but it still covered twice as much as directions said (1 gal = 100 sq ft x 2 coats). The second coat was done in the morning, in the shade, but after drying the roller marks are still visible. Maybe they will fade after weathering. Pros: Overall appearance is nice (color: Cordovan Brown); dried paint on fingers feels elastic so I'm guessing it won't chip for a long time; cannot see underlying patches of paint vs concrete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome, awesome paint Used this paint on steps to our house. They have never been painted. We moved here 10 years ago and they were here then. One coat covered and supplied a non-slip surface. The paint has a pudding consistancy and takes some getting used to applying. It dries quickly, with a bit of a gritty finish. It has a potent ammonia smell, especially when first opened--BUT--the results are worth it.
