5-gal. #SC-138 Sagebrush Green Wood and Concrete Coating is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Paint Product from BEHR I decided to paint my garage floor with this BEHR Sagebrush Green wood and concrete paint. I actually TESTED the coverage quality to the maximum. My prep work was just to sweep the floor. That was all I did. Two coats latter. Awesome looking garage!! The photos are actual and show the challenge I put this product through. Old oil, Black Paint, Pit's in floor the whole nine yards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a decent alternative to stains and sealers It seems every year or two there is some new wonder coating that will fix all of your decking problems. I use Behr products exclusively indoors and have had nothing but stellar results. I figured this was worth a try. We have a rather large deck in various states of disrepair. While structurally sound (for the most part), the finish, which appeared to be some sort of stain, was in really bad shape. We just moved in in May, but it looks like this hasn't been tended to in many years. I replaced some sections of railing that were badly rotted and started the prep. The can mentions prep is key, and it is correct. I pressure washed the entire deck, then went over it with a very stiff bristled broom. I got up as much loose paint as I could and started application. I wouldn't say application was easy, but paining a deck has to be one of the most tedious tasks a homeowner faces. This particular paint wasn't any more or less difficult to apply than anything I have done in the past. Another reason I went with the Behr over the other alternative is twofold - First, no special rollers are needed. A standard high nap roller cover worked great. Second, it can be applied to vertical surfaces. This is important because I wanted the slats and posts painted as well. Two coats are recommended and two coats are required! After the first coat dried, my skepticism kicked in. There were still a lot of visible cracks and defects. After the second coat, all but the very deep gouges or knot holes were filled. It was a night and day difference. Since I just finished painting the deck, I can't comment on longevity, but it appears to be very durable, and probably the most durable coating I have applied to date. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to refresh their old surface, or to protect their new one.
