Stay away from the color Ruffled Clam. It is taking at least 3 coats to cover light beige walls. We believe it is the color tint causing this. Our painter has used this product many times, and has never experienced this problem with the Behr paint. We are painting a 1600 sp ft home, using this color in all but 1 bedroom and both baths, and have used almost 20 gallons of this paint and still have 1 room to go. We have even tried priming the walls with a high hide primer before painting, and still having issues with the paint. Would definately not recommend using this color, although it looks nice when you finally get coverage!

I always use Behr paint products in the houses I have owned and have used it for the exterior walls also and love it. I recently bought a not to bright and not to dark blue color that when the light hits it makes you feel like your at the pool. I went to my local HD and just picked out a blue color and was a bit nervous on how the color would look but I am so glad I picked that color and was so happy with it I went back and picked out another color of blue more on the lighter softner side of the color wheel and painted my mstr bath and love it to. I wouldn't use any other color, its behr for me all the way.

I've been using Behr for probably 10 years & loved it.
Smooth move (not) with the "new & improved". It's shiny (which highlights flaws instead of blending), can't be used for touch ups, & I haven't been able to blend out roller marks yet (nearly 2 gallons later). This is why we rejected a brand Y'All used to carry. "Whitest white" is very grey & chalky. I used it in the closets.
No problem switching to another brand if everything has to be repainted anyway (I hope. If I can't find a flat without "primer", I guess we'll switch to wall paper.)

How do I FEEL about this product? Are you kidding me...
What do I KNOW about this product, should be the question
This product our company has been using for over 7 years..
It's Behrs ultimate Interior paint.
This paint can not only be used in living rooms and bedrooms, but I also use it in bathrooms and kitchens.
The finish and look when properly applied, is a look no other brands can imitate. It also cleans like a gloss, due to the enamel. It is also great or touch up as years go by
Behr paints is all our company uses for our projects..both Interior and exterior.

We used Behr Premium Plus to paint our bedroom a (rather bold) green about a year and a half ago. Even after the first layer, the walls were an even, cheery green and really didn't need a second coat. We get a ton of sunlight in the room, and there have been no signs of fading.
We also used this paint in Vermont Cream for our entry hallway, which is a busy corridor. The walls have had their fair share of scuffs and scrapes, but they wipe off nicely with a wet cloth or Magic Eraser.
Will definitely be purchasing Behr for our next painting project!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JoanJ Couldn't be happier with our bedroom remodel
Hubby and I have started remodeling our new house. To say it needs a lot of love and care is an understatement. We chose a lovely rich blue for our bedroom, accented with white trim. We couldn't be happier with the color. Behr paint covered the drywall easily and thoroughly with no streaking, nor any thin spots. Even better, it cleans so easily which is crucial given we have two dogs that love to get into outdoor trouble then romp into the house. There certainly isn't any question which paint we'll choose for our next room remodel. Thanks Behr!

Behr Premium Plus Flat Enamel is the product we use the most! We are home builders and love the flat sheen with the ability for washing. Most paints do not "touch up" well, but with the flat sheen it hides most touch ups. When you are painting a brand new house, there are so many people in and out before the job is complete, you need a premium paint to make it to the end of the job. Behr Paint is our #1 choice for all our projects, ranging from our smaller remodels to our 4,000 sqft homes.

I am not happy with this paint and the way it went on. All the walls are streaked and you can see them clearly. I have gone over and over but still streaks. When I painted the kitchen/dining, bathroom and living room the same thing has happened in those rooms also. I have also noticed there is a white residue on the wall and when I try to wash it off the walls it streaks. So now I have streaks from the paint and streaks from washing the walls. I will not buy Behr paint again. If you imporve the paint I might try it again but until then i'm not.
