Excellent Paint Good price. When painting an apartment for rental most landlords I assume will use a contractors quality paint. I find that using Behr, tho a few dollars more, ensures good coverage as well as a long life. Easily washable. etc. this is my go to paint always.

I paint several houses a year and while it is a task I don't care for the way a paint lays down and covers can really effect the experience. I have found this paint to be easier to work with and well worth the price. The convenience of being able to buy it after normal paint store hours means I don't waste day light in a store when I should be on the job

It was a typical Sunday, so my local paint store was closed. I decided to get this paint just get the project done. Wrong decision!!! Our walls are a med. brown (the actual color is sw sand trap). A while back I have painted over the brown in my sons room to put on a light green (sw cucumber) so I lightly primed it and 2 coats of paint very easy to spread so it was pretty fast, great coverage!! Now I am trying topaint my living room with this "junk" after three coats the brown is still showing through now with my 10 years of being a drywaller and painter I have never had that problem with 1 coat primer and 2 coats color. If this really does prime and paint at the same time it wouldn't need 4 coats to do so. And on top of that home depot doesn't sell in house anything that's not paint+primer. I am very disappointed. Inconclustion save your self head and back pain and just get yourself some real primer and paint if your covering anything but white
