Customer Questions & Answers

I can use this paint to paint my interior tile floor? Is acrylic paint the same as epoxy paint?

This is #N280-6 Behr Temple Tile eggshell enamel interior paint. I want to paint my interior tile floor. I know you can't use latex paint to do this.
Asked by: Brenda
Hello and thank you for your question. "Temple Tile" refers to the name of the paint color, not the paint itself. PREMIUM PLUS® Interior Eggshell Enamel cannot be used to paint a tile floor. It is not intended for horizontal application and is not appropriate for foot traffic. Also, Acrylic paint is not the same as epoxy paint. In order to recommend alternatives, we need to know what kind of tile you are looking to paint. We also suggest contacting your local The Home Depot to find alternatives more quickly. Best of luck on your project.
