"Light Blue" is a relative term and not everyone considers the same colors "light". I can tell you that this color is not pastel so it is not the "lightest" of blues. Most would say it is in the medium range.
Computer monitors are not the best for displaying paint colors. For a more accurate example, visit your local The Home Depot store to see the paint chip. The most accurate way to view
