This exterior white primer/paint is the worst paint I've ever experienced. I've needed 3 coats to just refresh white house trim.

Really impressed with the out come of the exterior trim on my door that I painted. Made the door really stand out and received a lot of compliments for the look of our new entry door with the trim / paint .

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unpleased did not buy semi-gloss/bought 10 gal of satin behr ppui/678885070311/ususally only use this and other behr but this was the worst paint ever
the paint was thin would have taken 3 coats to cover. when I returned back to store was accused of putting water in it. We have 16 rentals and why would anyone want to add more time to a project. don't like painting that much. Did purchase more even upgraded to be told again by store associate in paint that she measured and was right thickness. This was Hagerstown Md store mgr. was Jacob.

To me painting is an unpleasant chore; paint and primer in one product is a great combo.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by thefieldhouse Confusing drying time between coats
Bought a quart of this paint from the actual Home Depot store because I wasn't sure which paint to get for my front door. We were going from a dark green to a bright red so I knew more than one coat, no matter what type of paint we used, would be necessary. Explained to the paint guy what I was painting and he recommended this paint. Got home, painted first coat. Did not cover well, but I expected that. Went to clean up and check on drying time and the can says recoat in 12-14 HOURS !! It's my front door! So, it's going to take 3 or 4 days to paint the door since we will certainly need to close it at night. Wish the guy had told me that.
Checked the internet site and it says drying time 4 hours between coats, wonder which is correct? Guess I should go with the can. Sure hope this looks great when I'm done because this is turning out to be a PROJECT! Wish I had just bought the paint off the internet that was recently advertised as for doors, dries quick, can do the door in a day . . . or the guy could have told me it took 12-14 hours to dry between coats and I could have somehow figured out a better schedule for painting. UGH!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Frustrated The worst!
This is by far the worst paint I have ever worked with. I prepped the area very well by sanding, power washing and drying completely. the paint does not cover at all well requiring 2- 3 coats for full coverage. I tried rollers, brushes, pads to no good result. I also tried a paint conditioner and that only improved the painting slightly. It is a terrible product that should be pulled from the market. Although semi gloss paint can be problematic, I have never experienced this much frustration. It is also difficult the clean the brushes and equipment properly. Get rid of it!

Probably the best paint out there. You can go for cheap paint...but that is exactly what you will get...cheap results!
