The information on Home Depot states that the minimum temperature for use of this product is 35 Degrees F. In mid Missouri the low temperature is low 20's and some teens. This product would not be acceptable for my application?

Answer:
Hi RLL,
Thanks for your question! The Premium Plus Ultra Exterior Semi-Gloss Enamel should be applied when air and surface temperatures are between 35°-90°F. Once the paint has completely cured (this takes at least 30 days), it will hold up against all kinds of weather conditions. Best wishes for your project! - Sara

I could not find any "minimum temperature" for use information...I did find that the product should not be applied when the temperature is below 50. I did find a bullet that indicated "All Climate Protection". I have used this product on my house In Northern Missouri and have had no issue with its performance. This is very Good Paint and holds up well. I would recommend it.

The paint adhered to the steel properly. This was about 2-3 weeks ago and the paint is still there. I can't say if it will still be there in 5, 10 or 20 yrs. Read Less

Hi Ronnie!
Thanks for writing in with your question! If the paint has already dried on the surface, it can be removed by lightly sanding with a fine grit, such as 150-180 sandpaper. Alternatively, the affected areas can be wiped with a paint/stain overspray remover. I recommend trying the solution in a small test area before applying it over the whole surface. Hope this helps, and good luck! Best, Read More

There are paint removal products for overspray available, but the key is to remove wet paint as quickly as possible from unwanted surfaces before it has dried and cured which can make paint more difficult to remove or to adequately mask surfaces prior to painting if possible.
Home Depot carries several paint remover products such as this one:

1-Gal. Ultra Pure White Semi-Gloss Enamel Exterior is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 673.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the best paint on the market as sales guy said I've been painting for 30 years and bought this at my local store. The paint guy said this was the best paint on the market and said how well it covers. I applied a white finish over a white alkyd primer and no way would 1 coat cover. Go to Sherwin Williams and get their Superpaint. It's actually a little cheaper and does cover in 1 coat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright White! Really impressed with the out come of the exterior trim on my door that I painted. Made the door really stand out and received a lot of compliments for the look of our new entry door with the trim / paint .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased with this paint. CR got it right. I went with this after seeing the Consumer Reports review. This is the 10th house I have painted. Used a Graco X9 sprayer and the paint, although wonderfully thick, worked perfectly in the sprayer. With a sprayer, I was able to put on a slightly thicker coat with no run. I was using a couple of SW colors and HD matched them perfectly. I used the Satin Exterior, and it has a richness to the finish and a very nice hand to the finish. When brushing trim, the paint covered very well. A second coat probably wasn't necessary for the brushing, but was done out of habit. I only sprayed one coat over a primed surface. Used the Kilz2 for the primer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I did not like working with this paint I used this product to paint wood that was in good shape and had a good base of paint. I cleaned the area, applied a primer and then I used this paint. The paint did not go on smoothly and uniformly and as a result I had to give the surface 3 to 4 coats so it would look even. I would not recommend this product. I should have listened to a painter who suggested I do not use it based on his experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from did not buy semi-gloss/bought 10 gal of satin behr ppui/678885070311/ususally only use this and other behr but this was the worst paint ever the paint was thin would have taken 3 coats to cover. when I returned back to store was accused of putting water in it. We have 16 rentals and why would anyone want to add more time to a project. don't like painting that much. Did purchase more even upgraded to be told again by store associate in paint that she measured and was right thickness. This was Hagerstown Md store mgr. was Jacob.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product When I bought this paint to redo window trim that had been prepped with a power washer and sanding I was sure I would be using 2 coats of paint on this tedious job. Happily one coat thoroughly covered all surfaces of the window trim and it looks great. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from too thin - dripped too muc This paint was too thin which surprised me. The Home Depot interior with primer for my bedroom came beautifully. I expected the same or better quality for the exterior.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't cover very well It's going to take a third coat to get it to cover the wood trim. Not the best value!
