Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Andre 3rd coat and still showing previous color
The white is still not covering the previous paint (light grey). The trims around the ceiling, molding keep
showing after 3 coats. I have used eggshell on a matte base.
I will never buy this finish again nor this paint.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Willis Does not work
Part of us knew better but the guy at Home Depot was so convincing after we explained what we were painting that we decided to trust him and buy this product and forego purchasing and applying a primer first... Big mistake!! Just take a look at the pictures and you will see why I gave this paint such a low rating. Either the employee was not educated about what the product is capable of or the product doesn't work, either way it is a big mess for us. Use a primer first over drywall, learn from our mistake!!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TomF Does not adhere well to previously wallpapered surfaces
The product worked fine over a flat finish and drywall, but did not adhere well over a previously wallpapered surface.
When I used this product over flat paint and drywall, it adhered well, had good coverage and a uniform finish. No problems. However when I used it on a surface that had been wallpapered, it performed poorly. Under the wallpaper the wall was in good shape with a relatively flat finish. I passed a damp rag over it, let it dry and started cutting. I immediately ran into problems with adherence. If there was a small drip and I waited 30 seconds to smooth it out, the paint stuck to the brush and came off the wall.
I washed the wall with TSP, rinsed it, let it dry and tried again. Same problem. I then sanded the wall, but no improvement.
Glidden Gripper adhered just fine, even without the TSP. I will have to use the Gripper on the entire wall, and then use the Behr product over that to avoid wasting it. However, it would have been cheaper to buy regular paint rather than this product.

This brandis too lowin quality. We painted our bed room and bathroom by the time it dried out It come off by one rubbing. It is not worth the money and all afford. So use cilicon base paint that last longer and your house look clean. This paint is propably is good for contractores who dosnt care about their customers ant want their work area look good for the first shot. Awafull - awafull contractores!!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by semi75 Runs everywhere- Worst paint I have use
This is the worst paint I have used, there are runs everywhere. I rarely write reviews and comlain about a product but this stuff is really bad, in fact I have used off brand cheap paint for quick jobs that far out preform this paint. The is a real lack of a consistent smooth finish. I have used Behr products in the past and never had this bad of an experience, was there a formula change?

I just finished a two-day, two-coat repaint of my great room using this paint. It is NOT eggshell--in fact it is somewhere between sating and semi-gloss. It looks terrible. I addition it did not cover well requiring two coats even though I was NOT changing color! I have a real mess on my hands but will probably have to live with it having spent $170 on paint and investing about 20 hours of time.
This is my second lousy experience with Behr, but I after the first try I was told that the paint was greatly improved. It's not. Use any other brand for better results.

This paint took many coats to fully cover, and I was shocked to see that for all it's bragging about stain "blocking", it didn't even prevent coffee stains. With warm water and soap you can still see them. For being so expensive, this paint is a real disappointment.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tira Terrible!
We have used Behr paint for several years, and we liked it very much, but this time was the first time that we tried it with the primer. The results was terrible in as much as the paint does not cover every inch of the walls, uneven application, so we had so many spots that were missing paint. When attempting to repaint the spots that were missed, after the walls dried, the roller marks showed up. We never experienced such an uneven application until we tried the paint with the primer. I do not know why this issue occurred, maybe the paint is too thick? I do not recommend using paint with primer unless your walls are very dirty.
