How do I F/U on my Behr Ultra Premium Paint Rebate mailed May 24,2016

I still have not received my rebate check of $50 from Home Depot for the (5) 1 gallon cans of paint we purchased.
I phoned your number & explained they did not have the big buckets therefore they would be giving us the 5 one gallon cans & it would not interfere with our rebate refund. I was told by your staff named Raymond we would receive $50 instead of $40 since we had to purchase the 5 separate cans.I attached a letter to the rebate form explaining everything & to date we have not received the refund/rebate check. I can nt figure out how to f/u on it can you please help
