Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost free just needed a small amount of paint. it went on easy and covered well September 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This is not a bright , bright, white paint. This white paint is average. the application was easy but I was not very pleased with the result . This may sound odd but I would not avoid it as a paint to use. I suggest the sample purchase first. April 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's a solid white color. I like the product. It has the amount for a small job. It has a solid white color and looks great on my bathroom ceiling. May 28, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very difficult to avoid roller edge marks For my HD video projection surface, it was recommended that I use Behr Silver Screen. I painted a portion of a wall with Silver Screen, then tested the projected image, which I found far too dark. My dilemma was to select a paint which would easily cover the Silver Screen and be quite bright for the projection surface. I selected Behr Ultra Pure White Interior flat. The paint is very thick; more like a liquid surface application than a traditional paint. It did cover the Silver Screen, with no show through, but it took two fairly heavy coats. Any pressure on the edges of the roller left lines that required continuous back-rolling. The finished wall looks terrific, but it took me as long to paint one wall as it normally would to paint an entire room. The continuous back-rolling to remove roller lines took more time than the actual application. After the job was completed, I called the local Home Depot paint department, just to ask if others had encountered this problem. The fellow to whom I spoke said that most professionals add a half to a pint of Floetrol Paint Conditioner to every gallon of Behr Ultra Interior. That eliminates the problems I encountered. I am very pleased with the final result. Although I disdain doing so, I've painted hundreds of rooms. During my university years, I spent most weekends painting apartment units and decades later still paint for friends and family. I would not consider using Behr Ultra Interior again, without adding Floetrol to the mix. December 5, 2012
