I still have no idea what is different about the colors "bisquit" and "bone"

I still have no idea what color "bone" is and how it compares to "bisquit". The descriptions of both under the product's details seemed to suggest they are both brown, tan, or beige kinds of colors. I'm trying to figure out which one of the 2 seats with best coordinate with our bathroom and I'm not sure if "BISQUIT" is better or if "BONE" is better, because they both sound so similar. I'm assuming there are 2 different colors are available because there is something different about them and I would like to know what the difference is.

Answer:
Biscuit is more of a warm, brownish, white (creamy looking). Bone is just that; it's a more gray toned white (like a dried bone). We went to the store to actually see the difference.

Bone and bisquit are so close in shade that it is really hard to tell. But it is noticeable. If you can do it pick one and if it isn't right return it and get the right color. That's what I had to do.

I had the same problem. I went with the biscuit because I thought the picture of the bone looked really dark, more like a gray than a tan. I think my toilet looks like a light tan. Biscuit doesn't quite match, but I already returned the white one for biscuit and I'm not trying again. The biscuit is a light tan, but a little more yellow-ish tan than my toilet. I would describe out toilet as "off white". I originally bought biscuit, but it was too yellow/bright. I then bought the bone and it was a perfect match...cooler tone, more beige. If you have a Home Depot near you I would buy both, and return whatever one you don't need to the store. That way you pay no shipping (order is over $50) and you get a match the first try. Hi, Melissa! Bone and Biscuit are two of our most popular colors. They are in the same color family, but Bone is one shade DARKER than Biscuit. If you would look at the graduation of color shades beginning with white and moving toward dark the order would be: White, Biscuit, Bone.
Sometimes Biscuit is mistaken for white until it is set directly against a white piece of paper for comparison.
I hope this

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 166 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The best kid seats I've yet tried I was very pleased at the solid construction and installation of this seat. No wiggles, and the manufacturer claims it won't loosen. We'll see. The magnet to hold the kiddie seat upright is perfectly strong. My only gripe was the price, but I didn't see too many competitive options out there. February 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product This toilet is so easy to install and easy to use,our 3 year old daughter has no problem using it,now it's fun for her to go potty by herself October 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product, BUT word for the wise... Great Product! However, lesson learned here the wise ones out there. This product is not advisable for training. It's too intimidating, and not intimate enough for the wee ones to connect with. So, yes, we still had to use the little dump potties for training, and now we are working on getting comfortable with this so that can end. Remember, that the wee ones need to be able to bend their legs over the edge for proper posture that facilitates excavation. Even when they reach that size, there needs to be a stool to rest feet. Those qualifications aside, this is a Great, High Quality, Product! The no slam design almost sells itself. LOVE IT! July 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good for tiny hineys Very happy with this product. The only negative so far is the small insert is not slow close, so my daughter does slam it down, but it's not a big deal. September 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by For Potty Training Toddlers / Young Children Incredibly happy with this purchase. Our son is almost 3, and has been using the potty inserts that we clip on the side of the toilet bowl. If you've used them before, you'll know that while they work and do the job, they also can leave behind a mess. My parents have a similar seat installed for all the grandkids, so we decided to pick this up on a whim. Installation was easy (our Bemis seats already had the easy attach/detach posts). Other than no longer being able to sit on Mickey Mouse's head while he does his business, our son is perfectly content using this seat. So much so that we plan to pick up two more for the rest of the toilets in the house... including the master bathroom. The Quiet Close lid took some getting used to, but it's awesome. January 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This seat is so great for my 3 year old. This toilet seat is easy to install and works really well. My son loves to put "his" seat down and sit down! May 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great for small bathrooms This seat is great for small bathrooms without space for a potty. Plus it's well hidden and doesn't require dumping or cleaning with each use like a stand alone potty. It's heavy/sturdy well built. My son so far refuses to use it, but he refuses to use his stand alone one as well so I don't think that's an issue with the seat. Would have given it 5 stars except the round shape and color (bone)does not match exactly with our existing toilet. February 17, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Idea. Ok Design. Poor Support. I purchased this seat a couple of years ago, and initially was happy with it. The concept was excellent, the design seemed good, as well. However after 2 years, the magnet fell out of the lid (for holding up the child seat) and was lost, and one of the plastic pins, that the child seat clips onto, broke, making the child seat unusable. My call to Bemis was very disappointing. They "couldn't" sell me a replacement seat hinge (that the broken pin attaches to), and no-one else can sell me one either. My only option is to buy a complete new toilet seat product. January 25, 2016
